I mistakenly posted this on /pol/ yesterday. Should've gone straight here. Effortless arbitrage opportunity. After taxes and commission, you'll still be making an amazing return.

They are pretty long, a week can average from 50-70 a week. There is no getting around that. We are formally not allowed by the company to work on Saturdays, but Sunday is fair game.

electrical or instrumentation tech. Welding is good fast money but may be bad for your health in the long term. You do not always have to go to school to get in the trade. You could start at entry level first and work your way up. You wouldnt make much at first but at least you could avoid loans and debt. What trades have you considered?

CS.
All it takes is to look up career vacancies on job sites bud. A ton of CS jobs are available and offer visas.

means the chinese government just liquidated some of the position they had put on buying a bunch of stocks to "stabilize" the market in august. if they got more to sell in the near term i guarantee some chinese crooks already know about it and will be sending china lower. in the mean time american firms remain generally short china and will chalk this one up as a win.

Noob to trading that needs a couple nooby questions answered please and thank you.

So I am determined to get good at daytrading stocks. These are the things I know so far. I am well aware that It will take me a while before I actually learn the skill and make consistent profits. I am aware that I have to basically consider my capital as gone and thus trade with what i am willing to lose. Am aware that I will lose money over and over again most likely.. I am aware I have to ignore my emotions when it comes to trading and trade as objectively and logically as possible.

I am aware that this is not easy and that theres a whole jungle of bullshit regarding daytrading which I have to weed through. I am aware 90% of traders lose money. I am aware that 60%+ of the market is now dominated by black boxes so trading high competition stocks/stocks black boxes dominate in is pointless.

Here are my noob questions.

Realistically how long and how difficult is it to get to a level where you are making a consistent 70-120$ a day. Obviously this depends on how much money you have to fuck around with.

Super noob question #2

I'm able to invest on the side of daytrading right? But does it depend on which platform I buy? For example if I want to buy some oil stocks and hold on to them for as long as I want.

It takes 2-4 years of daily practice to become good at trading. Just like anything else, if you stick with it long enough eventually you'll stop sucking at it.

As for holding long term positions while still day trading, yes that's entirely possible if you've got the capital to do so.

You should pickup a general intro to trading book, you've got a lot to learn.

Host private screenings and try to find theaters that will show it. Usually the majority of ticket sales go to the distributor, but if you're your own distributor then obviously it goes to you.

Put as much money into marketing as possible, but $50k probably won't get you very far. You will probably want to take a guerilla marketing approach, and maybe try and do interviews or publicity stunts to promote it

The market will recover eventually, r-r-right?

I just invested 10k in index funds a week ago and now it's down to 9.5, unsure if I should pull out or not.

From what I read everywhere the index funds will ALWAYS recover eventually, is this true?

My mother and father want to start a business.

A tow truck business to be exact, towing cars and shit. My grandmother has about $100k she is going to give them as a start up. They plan to move to Florida, and start their business there. Neither of them have business experience, neither of them have a degree of business studies (Or anything related).

Am I wrong to think this is a retarded plan, and will most likely fail?

Should I voice my concern? Or should I just let them to do them?

They're both early 40s, and if this fails they will most likely have nothing and will work until they die.

So they're moving to a new town where they don't know the market, the people or the competition? That is going to be a problem.

The second problem is being handed all that free money. They will certainly blow it. I could start a towing service on $8k. Having limited funds makes you work harder and spend smarter. Having free money leads to laziness and unnecessary expenses.
>>
>>1024978
Yeah. I don't expect them to succeed, but whatever. I'm not going with them, I'm going to be hundreds of miles away. So I'm just going to watch them fail from far.
>>
My ex employer did this. The tricks he had to make him successful include being a mechanic, having a garage with 3 bays to take the vehicles he started with 1 truck, and 1 bay. He had sons to drive his trucks as he got more trucks. Once you have 24/7 coverage get a AAA contract to fill your mechanic bay. The trick is to anticipate why people need a tow, and capitalize on it. He also did recovery until his kids were getting shot at (chicago). There's alot more to it if interested, I have thought about going this route and learned alot from someone who currently runs the office of his mechanic shop with no license and I tanked from 9-5 because he is the boss. Must be good to sit on your ass and run shit with a coors lite in hand.

I'm past the point of thinking about it for years on end and this month I am going to go ahead and make the plunge.

I'm a horrible liar, and hate lying, but things are dire and my time is running out/has already run out.

I have an AutoCAD certification from community college, an associates in Business, and an Associates in English, and I've been unemployed for the past 2 years, and before that nothing about 10/hr crappy retail jobs. Being 29 and bald, its no longer fun to work at the mall or barista or some high school shit, its soul crushing.

I just ordered a new computer, so the plan is install AutoCAD, refresh my memory and do some tutorials to remember how to work the fucking program, and contact my buddy in Colorado. He's quick on the fly, and can come up with some shit, but I'll either need to say the company went out of business, or make up a fake company, or pay one of those companies that fake your experience for you even though I've heard they are mostly bunk. I'm having a hard time finding companies recently out of business though.

Nobody will touch you without experience, and I know I can do the job.

If anybody has any ideas or stories about them faking experience post em'.

Just an idea

Look for companies thatve merged. Either as a takeover, or ones that have moved overseas (Ireland I think is a recent country companies are rebasing in). A lot of companies have been doing that to avoid tax exemption. You can try to play the victim card I guess.

It all depends what you job you want tho
>>
>>1024711
>I have an AutoCAD certification from community college

You do realize knowing how to use a pencil, doesn't mean you know how to draw shit?

What do you want to draw in AutoCAD?
>>
>>1024723
Thanks for the idea, I will look into that

I originally went for mechanical engineering, but dropped out for a girl and other reasons (bad mistake) but still had enough to get the certificate.

>>1024733

I want to draw mechanical stuff, its what I went for.

And I do know how to draw shit, I've just never been able to put it to use. Even people who did do the full 2 year degree are working in restaurants and sams clubs and shit. Shits depressing.

http://www.returnofkings.com/48373/permanent-unemployment-is-americas-permanent-future

I've been out of high school sense 2012, went to a tech school for a few months during the winter of 2014/2015 studying welding and machining. I've been looking for and applying to job offerings sense 2012 and I'm still unemployed. I've come to the conclusion that there is nothing for me were i live now, so i want to drive to where ever there is demand for what i can provide. I can live out of my car and am willing to do anything outside of murder and sucking dick.

So my question is where in the u.s. demand for labor is highest as well as what kind of labor that is so i can prepare before leave?

pic is some of the material i studied in tech school.

If you havent found a job in 3 years it is YOUR fault, sorry kid. Also you might be dumber than you think you are. It's a tough pill to swallow, I know. But your grammatical errors are very basic words and sentence structures learned around the age of 12 or so, and you fail hard.
God bless.

Dude....You can't just be unemployed for three years. If you can't find a job in this field, and you're fresh out of high school, take up work at a fast food place or something.
