I want to get started in share trading. I have some disposable income per month that I really wouldn't miss, so I thought about putting it in promising shares.
I have absolutely no experience so far; most sites that want to tell you how to do it feel like scam.
So, I thought about that investing in companies that I trust and that have a strong market value would be best.. Do you have any tips for me to start out?
I also thought about investing in Greek banks, like the Piräus Bank or Alpha Bank, as their stocks are terribly low at the moment. What do you think, is it worth it?

I need to hire someone to watch the news for me , I need them to read up on three major news sites , 3 IT sites and a few more specialty sites , read the articles and then come brief me about what is going on.
As time goes by I find myself with less and less time to waste on news websites that are complete and utter bullshit.
Nowadays the bullshit level is off the charts with more butthurt posted as news rather than something new.
So I want to hire someone and train for a few months to read the news for me. I'll check if they did a good job on Sunday and I might even hire two people and keep them separate of each other just to have an extra degree of safety.
However I have no dam idea where to start with this. Obviously those people need to smart so that's expensive and they need to keep objective.
How do I find , train and pay such people ? Has anyone done it ? Is it worth it ? I hate spending 30 minutes or more shifting trough tons of crap and cock bait.

Landlord question
If I rent a property and on the paperwork i put it down that I am also a roommate, even though I'm not and live elsewhere.
If the tenant skips out on the money, can I just go inside with a bunch of dudes and just eat the whole fridge and always have someone in the bathroom locked and all types of shit to get the tenant out quick.

1. Look up the Landlord-Tenant laws in your area.
2. This seems like a really dark grey area. So dark it's just short of black. If you have a tenant on a lease, you cannot evict them unless they violate a term of that lease. And you cannot just harass them to make them leave.
My better judgement tells me you better be ready for a litigation if you do that.

i rent and i met plenty suspicious assholes i didn't rent from because i have a simple rule. in the rent period it is my home the landlord comes in if i invite him he doesn't have a key to my home and certainly doesn't go through my stuff or let anyone in there when i'm not at home.
some don't like this thy can rent to dishonest people who will replace the lock on the first day. i like to keep things honest. and also like to tidy up before the landlord visits you know so i need to know in advance.
