My friend in china said that it can't possibly go lower as all the bad/stupid investors are out of the market. He's got about $15,000 in ICBC securities, I'm seriously thinking about buying them since he's offering them to me below the current market rate.

Assuming we all think oil prices are eventually going to rise, why don't investors buy it up at current prices and hold it for a couple of years?
Even if it only goes up to $40-$50 two years from now, it still gives a far better return than shares or bonds.

They do what you are saying already.
It even creates a market phenomenon known as contango where future prices are more expensive. This makes it hard to buy oil for the future to invest. Hence why most people just buy a big oil company and go long (hold the stock until oil is high and it reflects in the stock earnings/price).

If you assume this, you assume that developed Western economies will begin consuming again or that a couple of the major oil and gas producing regions will stop doing so. I doubt the first will happen and the second is unthinkable.
I own some delisted shares on Robinhood. The trading had been halted and they will be delisted from the NYSE. How will I be able to access them for trading either over the counter or on pinksheets (if the company doesn't go bankrupt).
You can still sell, but can no longer but off of Robin Hood.

It cannot be bought on robinhood, it can be bought with just about any other brokerage. If the company goes bankrupt then you are out of luck and your stock is worthless.

They can get their BTC exchanged for the local currency. They will most likely have to go through a vendor from Argentina and either meet up to make the exchange with cash, accept a cash deposit to their bank or receive a bank transfer. You can use your savings to buy a poor jobless family a house, then deduct the cost from your taxes. Then you put a lein on the property for the value of the property.
After they go bankrupt and lose the house because the can't afford the property taxes and maintenance on it, you claim your house back using the lein and keep the amount you made from the tax deductions and charity credits.
