I've gone from NEET and part-time employment to recently being employed full-time. And not just full time, but I'm going to be expected to be putting in about 60hrs/week between working and studying. Pretty crazy, right? The job is good, and the money is great. It's just the time that's worrying me.

As a NEET you will want to fall back to your old habits whenever it gets tough. Don't cede an inch, establish a routine that incorporates good sleep and exercise, and follow it every day. Routine is absolutely critical to actually being productive and not losing time like posting on 4chan.

Hello /biz. Freshman in college here. Should I continue to learn Spanish? Does Spanish help at all in business in the modern times? Will it push on my journey to stop being a poorfag? Insight into Spanish in the business world please. Also, should I learn Chinese?

Spanish couldn't hurt. If you work anywhere in Cali florida or Texas it will be useful.
Chinese takes a lot more time to learn. A friend of mine majored in mandarin and lives in china and still has some challenges with it. But for banking or business it might be the stronger choice.
Be honest with yourself though, you're too fucking lazy to learn a language. English won lad, savor the victory don't make life more difficult than it needs to be
English is the language of bushiness. Its not going to help much unless you're going into something specific.
however, most people waste enough time watching TV to learn a language. If you have the creative energy its certainly a better way to spend your time than most leisurely activities.

Here's my current goal
I want to earn £20 an hour
(minimum wages is £6.50)
this means that if I work a full week I will be able to provide for my family without them needing to work at all that week
I want to do this by with my own business so I have a few questions:
1) How do you control how much you earn in a company if you are the owner/ceo? Can you even control your earnings when it's a larger company?
2)How easy is it to get a subscription based business going? I ask because using a subscription model I could simply package the same service to a billion people which cuts down on my work time per sale and also allows me to earn a regular relatively predictable income
