It happend yesterday. A hairdresser saloon is running and seeks a New owner. 2 employees. One is a normal hairdresser the Other one has a more advanced schooling an Can train New young hairdressers. The store is running. The skilled one Works about 30 hours a week the Other one 20.
Monthly cash now without any Other workers about 12 k.
Costs for rent,salary,and shampoo about 6 k .
Price 25k.
10 k instant,10 months 1 k and 10 months 500 this is how it can be financed.
The previous owners abadon the salon because 1 Wants to study again the Other one has family plans.
There were about 150 applicants.
It happens That a new friend of Mine, got the deal.
Her dream was to own a salon for a long time. The offer is perfect. And she will also work there and that will be another 8-9 k a month , according to the calculations of a finance adviser , who writes the books and is for 250 a month includet in the rent . The problem is they dont have the cash.here comes my part.
The deal is i get 10 grands untill 04.04. They will pay me back and already said that ill get another 5 k for sure. Then my Plan Is to convince Them to Give me a 25% ownership on the saloon.
What do you think?any advice ?
When you loan them money, be sure to get it registered, and have a written contract. Or guess what, they are not going to honor their promise and you won't even get your 10k back.

CPA Route - 60k a year working 80 extremely high stressed hours a week in a cult like atmosphere where everyone is completely brainwashed in order to not kill themselves. My boss would usually have a mental breakdown where he would flip his shit at everyone, go in his office, smash a bunch of shit, load up on pills, and come out happy and high as a kite once a week. Also he had a heart attack in the three years I worked there. After three years of this you can leave and make about 100k but you will still be working 70/80 hour weeks on the reg and pretty stressed out with little time for vacation.
Non CPA - Working a stressful A/P A/R job at some deadbeat local company for 25k, as well as being someones personal secretary who will most likely be an asshole. (various friends experiences never lived this one)
Government is the only way to go and not die of misery if you go the accounting route.
