wat?

I'm 23 and make $9 an hour at mcdonalds. Ive worked here 2.5 years. Is suicide basically my only option at this point? I dont have a degree and ive already wasted my young life. I feel like a man's income is all that matters, it's a score that shows how good you are at life. And I failed.

How about you stop being an idiot and leverage what you're good at to make some money on your own. And don't give me that shit about how you aren't good at anything. We all had that age 13-16 childhood autism motivation where we got good at something web related. Go activate that shit.

Only way to do it really. I had a shitty retail job I couldn't stand for four years, and by the end every day I was struggling not to tell the manager to fuck off and walk. I ended up simply putting the two weeks in and trying to be as professional as possible.

Never let your emotions control you, even when you're working with a pack of fucking retarded wolves. Always be professional.

I quit working for the military. They handed out contracts you could sign a year in advance declaring your intent to leave & not attempt to renew your contract. If they hadn't done it immediately after employment I probably would've stayed. Easy money and 100% renewal for my rate.

Looking to buy pic related (or one of the other units in the condominium as they get finished being remodeled.

Currently overseas right now on a deployment and saving up as much cash as I can. When I get back in 4 months I'd like to be able to pay like 2/3's of the place off at signing, if not the whole thing.

Can I hear some arguements for and against trying to pay off a relatively cheap property like this? I'll give what I've got so far

Pros
>With place paid off zero mortgage/rent
>Pocket that money and build funds back up even more quickly
>When I deploy again I can rent the place out for 100% profit if it's paid off.
>Allows me to start saving for a second place without having to think about selling the first

Cons
>Money all tied up in one investment
>Reliable but flat returns, no chance for exponential growth
>If something happened and I NEEDED that money i'd be forced to sell, possibly lose money too
>Potential to make more money in stock market with same amount of money

What are your thoughts biz? If anything I feel like I'm on the right track here just by thinking about this stuff early. I'm 24 and trying to build my future and make up for lost time.

>last sold for $420,000

WTF, somebody overpaid by a lot, mang. Anyway, seems like you should just make it a rental in the first place since it seems like you won't be living in it for long. It's a hassle to move and such.
>>
>>1205737
Do you realize this is a condo?
You are buying a unit and I assume you don't even know about the monthly fees or the taxes. Neither of which are listed on your link.

Do /biz/ think rich people read selfhelp?

I do not understand how /biz/ keep recommending certain kind of books.
I read "The Richest Man in Babylon" because of you bastards. Book is so poorly written and the concepts are so basic that I was ashamed as a reader.

I think biographies of other successful people are better sources of life advice.
>>
>>1202742
Because the people who browse /biz/ mostly have the IQ of a garden snake. It's not a secret that self-help books are generally trash. There's about two good self-help books.

I'd recommend a primer on basic English before you post here again. If saving income and paying off debt were such common sense, poor people wouldn't all be poor.

TRUMP is in a downward trend right now. Sell while you're up, buy MEME, sell MEME when you're up, buy back into TRUMP.

Both coins have plenty of potential to hit mainstream sooner or later (although TRUMP may get shut down if that happens) and MEME doubled in price today at some point.

Lol that font. Without getting too deep into what can be done to improve the meat of your resume, I will just give some offhand critique. First, never refer to yourself in the 3rd person. Also, "includes but is not limited to" is the most redundant catchphrase you can use in a resume. I cringe whenever ilI see it.

Don't go into any more debt, try and get a job as a waiter, pay your shit off and work on another movie if the first one sucked, and that is your passion.
You shouldn't have went to school for film in the first place.

Does biz used Credit Cards? Why or Why not?
59 posts and 3 images submitted.
>>
>>1207788
Yes, for everything. Why would you use anything else?
>>
>>1207788
I absolutely do.

Businesses rarely offer a cash discount, and I get kickbacks from using a CC so fuck it. I run everything I possibly can through my 3% cashback card, and anything that can't go through that card goes through my 2% cash back one.

I even run bills on the card. I'm going to get back every little bit I can get.
>>
>>1207791
Also forgot to mention. If your CC is ripped off, they're stealing the CC company's money. If a debit card is ripped off, they take your money. It only makes sense to use credit if you're going to be running it on a card.

What age did you realize you should stop dicking around with video games and drugs and start putting your time spent on the computer to useful productive shit like making money?

I wasted pretty much 8+ years (17-25) spending all my free time getting stoned and drunk listening to music and playing video games. I never quit drugs long enough to realize how much of a fucking retard I am.
Now I feel like im getting into the game way to late , anyone else know this terrible feel?

anyone else on /biz/ earn a passive income online?

For me, i have social media bots i created that earn €2000+ per week.

this financial freedom has allowed me to invest my time into learning other passive income methods and I will soon be launching a series of informational + dropshipping websites. once the sites are made and published they'll require maybe 1 hour per week each of maintenance. From there I am gonna keep launching new onliness businesses every 3 months or so..

Passive income online is so fucking easy once you take the time to learn basic internet marketing. it doesn't have to be some shady shit either. literally just creating a basic informational website and putting google adsense banners on there will earn you a passive income for the rest of your life, if you do it correctly.. The internet is the greatest tool ever created and anyone can use it to get crazy rich, without a college education, without any formal experience, and without leaving your fucking house!

I didn't go to college, i travel non-stop , so i don't have any friends in this industry.. wanted to talk about passive income online..

i'm going through the process of my first dropshipping order, just getting labels/logos done this week.

can you give an example of a basic informational website that you mean so i can have a look at what type of things are out there. i, like most people, have knowledge of things, but i don't know what would be of interest, and how to format it. the whole google adsense thing is no problem i understand that. i'm not asking to see yours, just one you might have looked at before.

i could of course google for some examples, but to see one you think is decent would be interesting.
>>
>>1206569
Currently looking for a way to earn passive income as well, but the method seems almost too fucking easy and people explaining how to do it are usually faggots trying to sell their useless tutorials/fake bots.

The only thing stopping me from giving it a try is the social media bot part. No idea how to get my hands on a decent one that actually works. How did you get yours?
