Next decade. Man they can't even predict oil prices a few months from now. I can't speak for the future but right now gasoline demand is strong in the US because of people going back to their F-150's. In India gasoline demand is high because of gasoline scooters that are nice and affordable over there. Plus did you know it takes oil to make toothpaste?

Oil is used for more than cars. People are getting further in debt, and I doubt they'll be able to afford electric vehicles. IF these cars can become as cheap as regular, then yes, oil could fall further.

Is HR a good field to go into? I was considering getting a masters degree in HR but I don't know if it'd be worth it or if I'd like it.

It literally does not matter how good you are at something unless you have god-like social skills or are attractive. You can be the absolute best in the industry but it won't matter. People only get hired through connections these days. That's literally the ONLY WAY. Experience means nothing. College degrees are worth JACK DIDDLY SHIT, even STEM ones. Unless you have like a million friends that can constantly hook you up with jobs, it's impossible to work in any industry above retail. If you manage to somehow pull this off, you still need to be attractive or else...

How does someone become a successful programmer? How much money is in coding apps?

This is a terrible idea. Even if your IQ really was 147, the fact that you thought it was appropriate to put that on your resume would instantly disqualify you. You can do any job in the world with an IQ of 115. What really matters is personality and experience. Don't be a retard.
