>racism used to be ironic on early 4chan! no one was actually racist!!
>>532816
4chan's early racists didn't proselytize.
4chan does a lot of ironic things which newbies think 4chan is being serious about.
>>532816
racism went from irony to real because time went from 2003 to 2016
>literally a slower b, where threads with no meaning are up for hours so at the end someome bumps them so 7hours later they 404
>the meaning of the board having everypost unique is tottaly ignored

It's an ironic facade to hide my fuckin rage.

Just give /r9k/ some mods.
Make /soc/, /lgbt/, /pol/, Etc. bannable.
I've recognized a more and more use of the abbreviation "kys". It's been mostly used by newshits and cancerous fuckfags. Mostly on /b/ (but who the fuck gives a shit about /b/? /b/ is fucking dead) as well as on popular other boards.
I plead the mods to ban or better make a wordfilter for this shit.
>>532680
Agreed. It's the coward's way of doing it. They're scared to even say the word "kill." Filtering or banning the acronym would be excellent because there is no acronym they can replace it with. If they're going to say it, they will have to MAN THE FUCK UP and say it.

What? How are these CP? Is this some reference to the game?
>>532642
That would be illegal in a lot of europe as well as a few US states and Canada (I think).
>>532644
HOW, though?
It's shit.
>HURR DURR JUST USE LEGACY
Legacy is shit also. Captchaless posting when? Give it a whirl Hiro, c'mon.

This thread was the last one on the board, so I replied to it stating that and said goodbye.
Now it's on the first page.
Has the two day bump limit been removed on /news/ - CURRENT News?
What the fuck?
>>532128
It actually never was there to begin with. Basically it was a test of sorts. Mods said it to see if people would believe it without trying for themselves, and they did. Reminds me of this story about a man who had to escape a room, and never realized that the door was unlocked the whole time.
>>532135
But I had commented like that on the last thread in the catalog once before.
It didn't bump back up.
I had replied to many older threads before.
You're full of shit.
>>532138
Who's really full of shit here? You, the liar, or me, who has actually done that before? Nobody noticed because it's such a slow board.
I can understand all the boards but I have never fucking understood s4s, there isnt a sticky or description on what it is or to post there
"[s4s] - Shit 4chan Says" is 4chan's imageboard for posting dank memes :^).
It stands for 'shit 4chan says', playing off of the meme shit ___ says (shit niggers say, shit girlfriends say, etc) that you see on facebook posts by casuals. Admins disguised the board as a tongue in cheek joke, and it acted like a magnet for all the memelords and unfunny try hards from /b/ who want to be in on the joke.
it's like r/ShitRedditSays except with more redditors somehow
I can't believe this isn't a board yet.
There are several very popular series of books, novels, films, games and other forms of art that relate to fantasy. The trouble is, there isn't an official place to discuss them.
Where do you want to go to discuss Star Wars lore? There's plenty of threads on /tv/, but /tv/ is a hive of shitposting, and they don't want it there. There's a Star Wars general on /co/ and /tg/ but it doesn't make sense that there are two generals for the same niche on boards that only just relate to them.
The...

Can we just nuke this site already? Seriously, I feel like everyone would be much better off if this site just disappeared off the face of the internet.
>>537143
how much money you got
>>537143
So after a while of just trying to get rid of boards, split them up, or just make new ones, the new plan is to just get rid of the entire website
I want this to happen just so something else can take its place.
Probably nothing that's out there right now, but everyone would hopefully come together to produce something new and wonderful.
HOLY FUCK WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS BROKEN CAPATCHA SHIT, I HAVE TO CLOSE MY FUCKING BROWSER AND COME BACK JUST TO GET A WORKING ONE THAT DOESN'T KEEP FADING THE IMAGES
FIX THIS YOU FUCKING FAGGOTS HOLY SHIT THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULTS
dumb frogposter
>>536978
No seriously, I have to use the audio captchas, you ever try them they take forever, I started typeing this post 10 minutes ago.
At this point, this is unacceptable. I want my money back.

Is this supposed to be a joke?
>>536693
lel, you shouldn't have called a mod a stupid person OP
If there's one thing we can always count on our mod team for it's to act like a child.
>>536693
Hey maybe you should stop posting normalfags 3DPD garbage like I told you buddy.
Why do you newfags think im the one in the wrong here?
Lurk more cancer.
Why do people say "indefinite" in the context that "definite" would be appropriate and correct?
>>536549
The English language is a miracle
>>536550
So...it's just a really common mistake that many people aren't aware of?
>>536552
Most people aren't aware of a lot of things about English. Look at how the average person speaks on the internet nowadays. English is going to eventually evolve into entirely acronyms and emjois at some point.
What's the best board on 4chan?

Can I just spend a minute to complain about the adverts in the archive (arc-ads)?
I had a little (three-day) panic over them thinking that I'd gotten adware from somewhere. I've currently got two anti-virus programs scanning my computer for malware.
Although the majority of the ads have been unobtrusive (apart from partly appearing under the OPs of archived threads; pic related), I really didn't appreciate being redirecterd multiple times to a site that looked like someone tried to recreate Ashley Madison in clipart.
I also don't like the look of...

Yeah, no. Fuck this. Back when the ads were served from the 4chan-ads.org (or whatever it was) custom domain, I kept my ad blocker disabled because the ads were legitimately unobtrusive and relatively trustworthy since they were just plain image data. When that was scrapped in favor of some random 3rd party ad serving system, I re-enabled my blocker and never looked back.
This just reaffirms my decision. Seriously, everyone who whines about ADBLOCKERS...

Good post, saved for later use. This is a good example of a subject where I'm not skilled enough to write my own argument so I'll just use someone else's.
>>536335
I also get popups, "free media players" and stuff. I had ads like your pic but no popups till today..
