So guys I am an Europoor that got into some cash as of yesterday ( worked 2 years with no wage - got government bailout + private settlement).
I owned both E and F series 1ers and now own an F30 330d... More or less one could say i have become a fanboy....
I'd like to splurge and buy myself a quirky BMW classic or soon to be a classic and need your ideas.
Any suggestions fellow RWD lovers ? ( No M3s newer than 2005 please - for tax purposes)

Lived with parents, did a 2nd job off the books and got pension and health benefits paid off by the employer just wage.

TL;DR I need a SUV/truck that is hearty enough to handle daily light offroad usage and general wear and tear from throwing animals and everything else in it. Seriously want to buy it this week while I'm off work. Want at least OK gas mileage because I have a long commute. 25 mpg+ would be ideal. Want a good quality:price ratio, whether the vehicle falls at 20k or 50k. Needs to be something that can be readily worked on because I live in small town Mississippi and am very far from any specialty mechanics.
I currently drive a 2007 Civic I got for my 18th birthday...

If you want best MPG and good power, Ram with the small diesel in it. Otherwise, look at a 4.3 Silverado 4x2 (the 4x4s have terrible gas mileage for a truck with a V6).

I've always loved the Benz emblem way more than I like the actual cars. That might be my personal favorite.
I also like the Mitsubishi and Opel logos. Maybe I'm just a sucker for rotational symmetry.

I'm fairly new with cars but I bought a 93' Miata LE the other day to work on during the winter. It runs great,
I just want to modify it a bit myself so I can develop some car skills and enjoy a nice looking car.
I have two questions. Is there any way of knowing which car mine is of the 1505 made, for example if it was the 35th/1505 made, just curious.
Also, thinking of getting a BENZEE 4.7in carbon fiber antenna, does anyone have experience with these?

I've created a more efficient engine than the typical gasoline engine, it also doesn't require specialist fuels to run and can run on any combustible oil (I'll be running mine on peanut oil). It's my hopes that this will free the world from reliance on petroleum based fuel.
I sure hope the petroleum companies don't try and assassinate me, steal my invention, and create a new petroleum...
