Has there ever been a better car/wheel combo than 240z and Watanabe's?
for putting people to sleep?
yeah
TE37s on a R32-R34 Skyline
BBS RS on a VW
S30 on Watanabe is close tho
those are sexy op
i like this kind of wheel too
Only thing i can think of are VW golfs/rabbits with BBS CH, but the Datsun wins by a stretch imo
1989 Supra mk3 7MGTE
I found one for a good price (for EU standards)
but I wanted to ask you guys for some opinions about this car. The owner changed out the Camshaft, the front bolts, seals on the top of the engine cylinder, the head gasket, and the turbo got fixed. I had to translate this so it might not be 100% accurate.
Additional info
>3.0L
>296hp
>not riced
>121788 miles on it or 196k km
Kind of depends on whether you're willing to rebuild the engine. 200k is a lot. A good opportunity to tune it up, though. A moderate tune to 400-450ish horse would be nice.
let us know op. tell us how tight it drives

So is 5974 usd a good price for this?
Remember that I live in Europe so car prices are inflated.
Is the chevy sanic any good? Have an urge to get a 1.4 turbo and put a fart can on it

no
>>14072975
Chevy has always made extraordinarily average domestic shitboxes.
>Cavalier
>Cobalt
>Aveo (It's shit, but it's cheap as fuck)
Now we have the sonic.
>>14072975
The Sonic, while not a bad econobox, has nearly limitless autismo potential. Imagine Chris-Chan driving a blue one with its wing mirrors repainted tan.
Can /o/ help me with a predicament?
I'm fairly certain I'm in need of a new vehicle.
My situation:

>S-10 is becoming increasingly unreliable with constant downtime, money and repairs.

New, used? SI?
>>14072881
if you need a DD buy a slightly used one and save your money for a miata/mustang/whatever, thats what I would do
Just why?
Literally the only car brand i know that fits its stereotype of socially awkward 20yr olds with no taste and a desire to fit in perfectly
Have a cry in the replies fanboys.
>>14072669
Got butt hurt in the other thread so you had to make one of your own?
...I don't get what you're saying.
I mean I like the EVO but the STI is cool too. Their current lineup however is an utter cavalcade of mediocrity.

Worked as a Tech assistant a little while ago at a dealership.
They're decent, but for the price you pay, not really worth it.
The new Mirage is cheap as shit to a fault holy fuck. Everything about the car screams cheap once you have a look under the body.
A few cars I'm thinking of buying are new (Fiesta ST, BRZ, WRX) or newish (BMW 135/335) but I'm worried about the possibility that I'll just see them as "just a car." Is it true that a car has to feel like it's from another era (no infotainment/modern styling/etc) and feel unique (not something I see every drive) for me to have a chance of truly loving it?
I've only driven popular autotragic econoboxes and work trucks up to this point, so I don't have any experience with "MUH FEELS" and don't know whether that actually...

nice autism OP
yes old cars have a special feel that is absent from newer cars. its not autism or whatever.
>muh heavy steering that has feedback
>muh hard brakes that have feedback
>muh feel every single part of the car and every single crack in the road through my ass
mainly though the smell is the best part
>>14071812
I have the Fiesta ST and was considering cars along the same line as what you're looking at. I'll say the Fiesta ST drives/feels special and I've seen maybe 5 others in the time I've owned one. Lots of brake/steering/buttdyno feedback in the little hatch.
Also the interior is rather spartan, but with minor modern conveniences. I have bluetooth, navigation, automatic climate control (though, i never use it), and heated seats, but the gauge layout could not be more classic and the drive is...

Is it under warranty?
>>14071304
I love how common engine problems are in that generation and people still defend subaru.
>>14071314
Yeah, but they are saying because of the tune, the car operated out of the manufactures parameters.
And I asked for a supervisor to escalate the case.
I think I'm going to have to call cobb on this one.
I'm thinking about buying a car for myself, I know next to nothing about cars, but I want to buy a PT cruiser, what year model should I look for.
That's most likely the best looking pt cruiser I've ever seen and it still doesn't look very good.
>>14071228
>but I want to buy a PT cruiser
Why would you do that to yourself?
>>14071333
Because I think they look cool.

How many miles can a car run on the battery, without the alternator? The harmonic balancer broke on my car but the car still starts up and doesn't overheat because the water pump runs separately with the timing belt, and I want to drive it up to the mechanic who is 10 miles away. Would it make it that far?
>>14070807
Nice turbo.
Depends on the car and the battery but you should be able to get it to the garage.
>>14070807
mine managed to run for 25km, u should be fine. Dont turn on the radio, the headlights or anything else that may drain the battery
Will buying an AE86 get me a gf?
Yeah
>>14070779
It gets you an AE86 which is just as good.

yes
but she will cuck you with an old man in a Mercedes-Benz
however toyota fanboys are into that so no problemo

Fuck my life /o/. This came in the mail today, and I don't even know how I got it. What do I do? Can I contest it, or figure what I did? Should I pay up? Do I have to go to traffic school, or is that just a way of getting out of paying? I'm so confused...

I'm riding into West Virginia to buy a car. I'm nervous about a bunch of shit, currently the top concern is the title transfer since W Va doesn't require a notary but Ohio does so I'm worried that when I take it to be recorded I'll be told I have to go all the way back.

Bought new car and hooned this one to an inch of its life. Too fast into a downhill corner, clipped the bank and sucked in. This was after shoveling it out. Used a 2x4 as a lever and pushed it out myself
None, because I can handle a machine.

Flew off a gravel road because it was washed out and caught air mid corner. I think the third time I've wrecked this one.
