im looking at how on the bottom band near the minus sign and just before that, price visited this level later on. im also looking at the top bands touching 30. wouldn't be surprised to see 24 then 30.

I'm about to interview with an executive for my second interview. I fucked up and told HR that I would be okay with a given salary range. I really wanted more though.

I would say being up front, honest and non-confrontational would be the best way to do it. But it's still gonna be awkward as fuck and might cost you the job on the spot. You could also wait until they bring it up and then ask for more. Similar risk. Sorry dude you kinda fucked up.
I want to add that the difference between my highest range and what I really want is only $7,000. I'm tempted to just say I want the highest part of my range so it can still be an upfront answer.

Land is always where the actual value is on a property. If you dont intend to live there then yeah buy land. Then go to google earth and look through the satellite imagery history slider and find the development patterns for specific areas. then buy in front of where the development is heading.

What are the advantages of a LLC vs an LLP. Any startup company advice would be greatly appreciated.

You'll need training from the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification).
This is also the same place that certifies you for water restoration, mold restoration, fire and flood damage restoration ... shit like that. I've got the WRT cert ... classes are interesting and you learn a lot. Quite a bit of math involved for the average tradesman.
