You're going to have a very hard time finding a place that will pay the equivalent of 40k/yr for someone with no skills.
Your best bet is to find a job that will allow you to study and do homework while getting paid. Doing well in school is worth much more than whatever paltry sum you can scrape together part-time.

Being a server at a restaurant is usually part time hours which is great for students and also pays on average $15-20/hr depending on restaurant and area of course.
But it's probably the best job you can do with no skills while in school. Idk what else pays so much and requires so little.

1) I've never seen them advertise actuarial internships (in particular, I've been to PwC and EY networking events where most of the people there didn't even know what an actuary was).
2) The Big 4 are advertising to people from ANY FUCKING DEGREE pretty much any good uni - the competition sounds impossible.

I have an opening in my office and I need to fill it with somebody half competitent. My boss is taking resumes from staff to forward onto our recruiting company. Our recruting company doesn't seem to give a crap as $23 an hour is not enough for them to care. I am seeing what is coming in and concerned as all the applicants so far are not at arms length, but the exact opposite.

But, from what I can tell, the liquidity has decreased... from bad to worse. Plays are short lived. Pumps have little effect. The things that are running actually start with a little substance. After the 2014 MJ boom things just went down hill. I'm referring to sub penny stock, btw.

There's a guy at work who's a lower tier manager than me, but he's manager of a department that the owner of the business has a soft spot for. Hence he's become the owners bum boy.
This guy is now making constant power plays against me and trying to assert his authority over me. Giving me orders even though I'm on a higher salary with a higher grade within the company.
I can't complain to anyone because whenever I do all I get is "Oh he's a nice guy he just has trouble interacting with people he's not very sociable he...
