Start buying and selling shit.
First commit to save up like $15 - 20k. That will be your emergency fund. Put it in a savings account and forget about it. Then, even if you lose your job or have a medical emergency you'll be fine and not have to sell anything.
Next, read mrmoneymustache.com - he teaches how to save up enough to retire early, like in your 30s.
Buy high.
Sell low.

I'm an apprentice tradesman in Alberta. Went to arts school for the wrong reasons and had to move on. Worked retail for a while until I figured out how the world works somewhat. Had a dysfunctional abusive childhood.
Success is so relative in an easy credit environment. I make a decent wage and don't carry debt. Looking to start investing but my currency sucks and markets appear bearish
I'm a technical test analyst in Melbourne, Australia. I studied a BSc (Astrophysics), worked a desktop support job for a year or two part time while teaching myself development. I eventually decided I wanted to get into dev, saw an opportunity in testing (which often leads to development) and jumped on it.
I consider myself reasonably successful since my promotion recently. I'm warning $80k while some of my friends from uni are still working part time or unemployed. I've also got travel opportunities in my work and I've always wanted that.
I'm basically a NEET, depressed unemployed university dropout taking one class at a local community college. Still living in the dysfunctional household I grew up in. Most of my friends from high school are either dead or addicted to heroin, close relative killed himself a year ago on my birthday.
Don't care anymore about becoming successful by anyone's standards but my own. All I want is to finish school and make enough money to buy a modest home, live a modest life with what peace of mind I have left.

It doesn't matter how you structure your bets if there is no edge in the first place... you're basically playing roulette and playing roulette risking 2% of your stack each time can just as easily see you go bust
get a quantifiable edge, then forget about arbitrary wagers - look at half Kelly instead

I just made a page on blogger today and was going to apply for Adsense, but it says my blog does not meet the requirements. I am in America by the way. Do I need to make a certain amount of posts or wait a few months? also how good are they at detecting fraud? Are there any specific opportunities one might distill from being completely out of the "system"? I'm an American citizen, but I've never had an ID, have no school records, never been processed in any way, no employment records, no tax records, medical records stop at 15, school records end at 12, etc -- I just have a birth certificate and an old voter registration. I also am physically fit and have a long list of skills, a few of which are somewhat rare and highly sought-after (mostly tech related).

Even if you were to turn to crime, it wouldn't really help you. Maybe it would if you decided to become a transient serial killer...and by that I mean a deranged killer, killing for it's own sake. A hitman would even require you to have a solid identity, then one or more false ones.
If I got a haircut and a shave, walked into a bank, smeared my fingerprints on the walls, screamed at the teller that my name was Hillary Clinton and posed for the security camera -- assuming I got away initially -- there would be nothing for them to go on.
Also, assuming I wanted a fake ID, I could easily obtain one from any DMV in the country with nothing more than a fake birth certificate, and build an entire "legitimate" legal life on it.
There are many other scenarios, but like I said, not interested in being a criminal.

Get a job and take some responsibility. The job market is hard for skilled jobs right now. Work hard, pay off any loans, and keep looking for better jobs. This is the only way to come out on top when the jobs come back.
They certainly won't be handing out the next biggest best jobs to people who sat on their ass blaming others about how they didn't find work.

Pretty much this. Although, it depends on what you mean by middle class. If you want to be part of the 1% in the US, then good luck, it's not happening. However, if you want to be in the top 25% (in wages, let's say) and you consider that being out of the middle class. Then it can be achieved using any of the three ways that you mentioned, but it means working day in and day out until you make it.

I am very ambitious, assertive, confident, etc long list of power traits (see LIFO red colour) which causes a rift between me and my peers, but those very qualities are the reason I am liked and trusted by the senior management...

Also there are a few tech companies that want to buy Yahoo. I believe Alphabet might come in buy them out. They have an infrastructure in place for streaming and a giant fucking ad space that connects with hundreds of millions worldwide.

I've recently gotten interested in sales. Becoming a person of influence and be able to talk people into buying or agreeing to a deal is exciting to me and jobs with commission seem like a step to breaking out of the wage slave cycle. It also seems, the more I learn and look into it, that to become successful in any business whatsoever you need to be a great salesman.
I'd like to ask you guys (the successful in the field and their own businesses) if you have any tips that you could pass on to me to become better at this. Books to read...
