I wanted to beg on the broncos. But I didn't know how.
What is the betting limit. How much do I win if I bet 1000 for example? 2000?
>>1082777
You can actually go to a reservation casino and put your life-savings on black.
>>1082777
Probably more, since everyone thought the Panthers would win.
>"Imma go home bang muh wife and drink a Budweiser"
What did he mean by this /biz/?
>>1082759
That he will perform a sexual intercourse with his wife and drink a drink of Budweiser brand?
>>1082759
He was actually trying to dispel this fiction that Barack Obama doesn't know what he's doing. Let's face it, he knows exactly what he's doing

Yes. He is legit.
Businesses require start-up capital.
Most businesses fail without enough start-up capital.
Cash-flow is king.
His advice is pretty good.
>>1082849
Rather, I should say that all businesses fail BECAUSE they don't have enough start-up capital.
I don't like the services industry meme as a business by the way. But a couple million in revenue in the service industry is better than 10k flipping burgers.

tfw you read another post on this board saying it's impossible to make 10% gains monthly
>stay poor homies
Well aren't you just the lil greatest investor of all time?!
10%
Try 900% monthly gains faggot.
I don't see why people even bother with stocks. Why put your money into something that is essentially glorified gambling and expect to make it? I'd rather actively work with my money and know that if it went to shit it, was 100% my fault.
>>1082720
, it was 100% my fault.
That comma mistake bugged me.

Whats your favorite federal income tax avoidance tricks and deductions? Anyone use offshore accounts? What about donating to oversea charities?
I've never understood how the whole "donating to charities for a tax deduction" works.
Sure, those donations are tax-deductable. But so what? Just keeping the money and paying taxes on it leaves you infinitely further ahead than giving it away and having zero of it left.
Maybe I'm missing something fundamental. But the whole "donate" thing seems like blatant BS.
yeah but if you and friend both have charities it's legal to donate to each other and claim deductions. The charity can spend it on what ever they want.
you cant be totally retarded about it but its a grey area. Especially if your charities do have some overlapping intrest
/biz/ I come to you humble, hungry and desperate. During college I had a trust fund which I not only burned through, but during the process managed to racked up 10k in credit card debt. I have paid off $3,500 in credit card debt and have budgeted myself to hopefully pay off the rest within a 16 month time frame.
I am living a very different lifestyle from when I was racking up debt as you can imagine, and am well on my way to working my way out off the hole I dug for myself. The issue is now the company I work for is very dependent upon the value of oil, and risks going...

Have you considered refinancing the debt?
If your job is at risk you really need a couple of month's living expenses in an emergency fund
>>1082619
I have a good credit score (720ish), but my short credit history and debt to income ratio make my interest rate relatively high. Last time I looked into refinancing the interest rate was almost identical to what I already have.
>>1082613
combination, you should have a 6 months emergency fund just for this situation, in your case the fund will have to include the paydown on the debt
however thats not terribly much, whats the monthly bill like 220 bucks?
Anybody here have experience in monetizing a Youtube channel? I'm about to produce videos for someone who has reasonable name recognition, and I'm almost 100% certain these videos will garner a could hundred thousand views apiece (in 2-3 months). The niche we're in will have viewers that are highly likely to click+buy from advertisements, and the niche is relatively unsaturated. Not a even close to a camwhore/youtube personality
Would there be any benefit to having a website for my videos? As in potential additional monetization?
Youtube general thread too
>>1082612
someone posted a lengthy exposition on reddit about this earlier, it was either bestof , defaultgems or goodlongposts
YouTube unfortunately is always the way to go, unless you already have a large following and even then most would be unwilling to move to a different website to watch videos.
disclaimer: i think about and research this a lot but i haven't done it yet.
imo the only advantage to having a website would be that it would be easier to seo than a youtube page because google gives you points for having the domain name be the searched-for keyword, which should not be hard if you have a sufficiently unique channel name. probably not worth the cost of hosting and (opportunity) cost of design.
also +1 backlink each way is nice. every little bit matters.
I'm trying to raise my EBay selling limits for my business account, would anyone be willing to let me say I've been selling under your account so that I automatically get my limit matched to yours?
>>1082582
If I had an idea for a small product to sell, how would I go about getting it made? Say, a plastic computer accessory to be produced and sold online.
>>1082579
contact someone who prototypes, like me.
>>1082579
is this about the usb dildo peripheral again
>>1082579
Is it something that is patentable? If so I'd get a patent first. Then make up a prototype and drawings, check with some manufactures and find out how much a initial production run will cost you. Get pricing on packaging and advertising. Once you know that you can figure out what your selling price is depending on whether you're going to wholesale or retail the product and still make a profit. The turn on your inner salesman and go to work.
>WTF anon that sounds like a lot of leg work
It is but remember the old saying "Genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration". Good luck.
I'm having some trouble dealing with a few clients of mine, and I'm after some advice.
how do I deal with someone who won't show me common courtesy, or the business courtesies that are expected
my town is run by moguls who have no respect for anyone
they won't offer to shake your hand, and won't look at you if they do
they will arrive late, early, without notice, at the store/sales floor instead of the office
they won't offer you a seat
they discus private deals in public, within earshot of employees
they threaten you...

You probably look like a soft cuck with no dominance or masculinity.
>>1082570
maybe I do; but I'm not sure why it's in anyone's interest trying to belittle me
at the end of the day if they give me a hard time for no reason they get a poor reputation and nobody wants to deal with them
a lesser person would start slighting them out of spite
maybe he was angling to deal with someone higher up who might have been more conceding
I hope that next time he learns that I'm not going to budge if he tries to bully me

I'm thinking about making a meme game. I'm analyzing every big lets player (Pewdiepie, Markiplier, many more) and I'm trying to come off with a concept that would appeal to that demographic. Something easy to make and that I could make a Kickstarter saying how hard it goes even though the game is already practically done to make even more money.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7J7Y7EOvlV4
What do you think about my idea and do you have any suggestions?
Meme games and memes have one thing in common.
They're famous for one month and they go away
It's all about storytelling you retard. You play on expectations and you either meet or don't meet them but spectators must always be betting and have surprise at the right frequency.

Diminishing marginal utility of consumption allows for providing an optimal trade off between consumption and funding public infrastructure.
It's not hard to understand.

so the government is assuming all acquired income is used for consumption?
