>makes a JUST thread
>gets banned
>the next day someone make a nearly identical post to mine
>shitload of comments, not deleted
>meanwhile the rest of /tv/ is infested with baneposting
Are the mods bipolar?
>>393672
The mods aren't great, but your expectations are too high desu.
>>393677
Probably the only good answer.
Thanks anon
Cancer
will they ever change the moderation on veeeeeee
>corrupted mods that abuse the users for gofundme projects
>literally from reddit
what the fuck hiro
>>393669
Dumb redditposter.
some kind of flamewar/raid/autism outbreak is happening on /his/
some retard(s) make thinly veiled shitposting threads about the same topic over and over. contain it.
>>393617
>>>/reddit/
Does pic related sum up everything wrong with 4chan mentality?
>>393591

Why was >>>/tv/64104913 left up? A thread like this for any other actress is deleted ASAP
is it safe to assume that Disney really did pay off the mods?
ITT: Post this year's christmas cards from your board

I immediately went to looking for Peter O' Toole's ghost, was not disappointed.
Thanks based swaglord.
Why are anime avatar fags such cancer?
Seriously, do anime posters actually think their inactive neet life style somehow makes them superior in any way?
>>393485
Remember that
>its video games
>>trying to ban video games on a video game board
Is used by newfags trying to defend posting their shitposting and offtopic garbage on /v/
Examples? I believe you because /v/ is full of retards but you need to show us what you're talking about.
>>393385
I'm trying to think of an example that satisfies what you're saying where, ">its video games / >>trying to ban video games on a video game board" would be a thing they would post and they're using it to defend shitposting but I'm having trouble.
Is it by chance Visual Novels like Katawa Shojou and they're wrong about the rules and mistakenly believe that VNs (other than special cases like Phoenix Wright) are specifically noted in the rules?
Or are you accusing...

"Oh shit nigger" adventure threads are a pretty good example of this, mods already set the standard when they started deleting Digital Hypnosis' ROB roleplay adventure threads.
Santa Hats also fall into this, it's just a Photoshop circlejerk.
All of these positive threads in the wake of a huge data breach seem really conveniently timed and should be banned from /v/ indefinitely.
You know there's a big sale going on right? People are gonna talk about that rather than circlejerk over the breach yesterday that most people were not affected by. There's not even an official statement out yet.
>>>/pol/59298915
This shit is offensive as hell, why is this allowed?
This is not /q/ nor is it cirva 1993 AOL where concern trolling was something someone actually fell for.
>>393218
What's offensive about that thread? I only skimmed a little bit but like... what's wrong with that?
That stuff's real, you know. It happens in real life. That's a thing in reality.
GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH
YOUR SIGN IS FUCKING OFFENSIVE
>You have to wait a while before reporting another post.
How fucking long is "a while"?
15 seconds.
>>393208
It's been ten minutes. Is there also a numerical limit?
>>393212
I can't confirm this, but I've heard that there's a limit to the number of reports you can file in a 24-hour period. That's probably it.
bring back sounds mods, if your going to let /a/ go to shit with all these r/a/dio threads then maybe you can do something that takes a little more effort and get Hiro to unblock the .jpg/.gif blacklist for embedded images Moot set up 3 years ago, I can tell you right now threads will be way better than the trash we have burning through the board right now
>>>/a/135242637 thread got deleted already, please have a serious thought about whether the old rules moot set up for this are still relevant before you go deleting threads
R/a/dio threads are only during the holidays though
>>393165
even so the threads go to shit, and sound threads never had that problem because of the barrier of entry for making embeded images meant threads would at least of a base point of entry and they fostered a lot of creative OC, and I think it would be worth bringing back
>>393175
I just don't think it makes sense for you to use a seasonal celebration thread as a comparison to try and justify year round threads.
I don't really have a problem with sound threads coming back though, just think the comparison is dumb.
I would like to address Hiroyuki Nishimura regarding allowing Webm's with audios being made available throughout the whole site. His response was, as I recall, that people can just link a video from youtube.
However, this is not why most people want Webm's with audio. Here I will list a few points as to why.
1. Anons want to share only a small part of a video, not the whole video.
Sure you can link a youtube video in your post, but most of the time people just want to show people a small clip of the video, ranging from a few seconds to a minute...

Webm's are nothing more than a updated form of gifs. It doesn't need sound, 4chan is a image board, not a video board
>>393150
Why do /gif/ and /redditapprovedgif/ allow sound webms? Asinine arbitrary rule enforcement is destroying this site. See sound threads on /a/ and the absurd crusade against them. The original complain about bandwidth is irrelevant now that massive webms exist and that passes have made the site more financially secure. Moot just dislikes sounds on boards for some reason while adding them to two non-discussion boards, and the new moderation is standing by it.
Strange because a lot of moot's other autistic hate-targets...

I'm having trouble buying a pass. I've asked a couple of friends to try and buy one and they're getting the same error. Are 4chan pass payments down right now?
>>393121
Maybe Stripe is refusing payment to an infamous malware site.
