Uhhhh hardly anybody here thinks/says most of that? Trolling happens, bud.
Is your car a girl or a boy /o/?
>>14694209
Dodge Chargers are all male
>>14694209
Cars are always female, just the same as boats and planes.
american muscle and trucks are male. They're tough, lifted, blown out, with big boy dissplaycceement, reeeeal big. Big thick exhaust stalks too. Lotsssa horssepower under the b-bulging hood. I absolutely adore my 2016 camaro.
So when it comes to their parts, what's better: AutoZone or O'Reilly's?
>>14694197
All their parts are made by the same manufacturer and are equal in every single aspect.
O'Reillys. Pic related.
>>14694206
Funnily enough, I found from the Wix supplier that all CarQuest Blue series filters are Wix Gold filters rebranded. AutoZone are STP rebrands, and O'Reilly are a Fram design.
As for parts, I like Napa lately because they actually have listings for the parts I need. O'Reilly did have my header bolts, but the staff was so incompetent at finding parts, the store manager offered me a position. I declined and got 10% off an already low supplier price.
It says here that you drive. care to elaborate on that?
Yeah I pile drive my dick into your mom while shitposting in your shit thread

>no negative camber
do you even auto
It's a marketing thing, look at any advertisement for a car back then and they have it lower than normal. Not sure if it continues today.
Pic related is a good example, they were not that low.
>>14693990
makes sense since it the og slammed car with camber
I need some help /o/
I did some research but ill ask you fags anyway
I tried starting my car but all it does is sort of clicked and dash lights fades. The car is not on the road yet but i start it atleast twice a week. I checked the battery terminals and i saw pic related. What are some ways to clean corrosion? Will this solve my problem or do i need a jump or maybe a whole new battery?
Yep. Battery is done.
Wire brush and water mix with baking soda to neutralize any acid. Check the voltage, if less than 12.5 volts try to put it on charge and try to start it again.
>>14693879
can i use this to check it or will it explode in my hands
How come front bench seats don't exist anymore? They're so comfortable and... romantic,

Which should I get for my first car? The truck isn't the exact one I'm looking at, but I really like both.
Both. There's really no comparison. What are the roads you'll be driving on like? There's your answer.
>first car
The truck, since you're less likely to put it into a tree at 160. Also because it will be easier to maintain and can deal with it when you hop a curb.
Pic related it's OP in 3 weeks time
Alright /o/, forgive me, I'm a computer guy not a car guy and I don't know very much about cars. But I need help settling a debate.
A buddy of mine recommended running 93 octane in my brand new car (2015 impreza sport) because he said it's cleaner gas and keeps the compression system cleaner than 85 octane.
My car does not require it, but also doesn't say anything at all about not using it. I've been using it without a problem, I've noticed it drives a little "snappier" and it's much easier to accelerate onto the highway....

Your friend doesn't know what he's talking about.
Use the manufacturers suggested fuel, it'll be in your manual.
If it fucking tells you to use 93, then use 93.
If you don't believe me, check out this video;
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dmNQ66AtyWk
It burns quicker and more completely, providing better throttle response, cleaner combustion, and greater fuel economy. It may also wear your engine a bit quicker, not enough to be of any notice though. A brand new Impreza sport had better be able to handle it or you've got a serious issue to take up with Subaru.

i remember watching his youtube videos on cars SO LONG AGO, when i didnt know shit.

Should the whole back deck/rear quarters be replaced or do you think a pack on that crack would be more than good enough? There's a dent in the top center, a smaller crack on the driver side and then the big crack on the passenger side quarter. What does /o/ think?
Those F150's hit hard...

patch*
cut and patch that dude. That looks like a really easy fix
OP here, I know this is a hard question to answer but whats a rough ballpark of what I could expect to pay to have the rest of the car painted while it's in for repair? The only things left to pain her the doors, hood and T-tops, the front clip and bumper are already painted, and the rear bumper and back deck will need to be painted.
I know that's hard to guess something like that, but I literally have no idea.
Do the simpsons cars need an update?
When the simpsons first came out in 1998 it made sense for their family cars to have steel bumpers.
It suggested that the cars were from the at least the late 70s and kinda old and crappy.
In 2016 homer having a car with steel bumpers suggests he owns a classic car.
In 2016 Homer and the Simpsons in general existing suggests the world is extremely out of balance

I have a 2004 Honda Accord, that I recently did an oil change on. The Honda seems to have started burning through oil recently, and when I did the oil change there was about 3 qts left in the engine.
I changed the engine filter thinking that would be the issue. I then, started the car, and noticed it was giving off white smoke from the tail pipe. The car doesn't stall, or have issues ideling, and black residue is coming from the tailpipe was well.
Any ideas what this could mean
Is it smoke or water vapor?
>>14692134
Probably broken cylinder head gasket. Does your exhaust gas smell "sweet"? Is there oil in your coolant fluid? Then you know enough.
>>14692142
I believe it is smoke, but it doesn't smell sweet. I am going to check the radiator again.
