Thats not how it works at all, It can't work at all. You can't do anything to a cars ECU/BCU system to make it faster let alone ad extra shit and expect it to be faster.

There are some really decent fwd cars, with good lap times and quick acceleration and handling. They are good in in the snow and for the average driver they are safer to control.
The FWD vs RWD debate is stupid because no car has been made in both FWD and RWD versions*. What makes a FWD or RWD car better than another won't just be the drivetrain layout because there will be other differences too.

WHy not have a piston that has compression on both strokes? So when it compresses on one side, it is intaking on the other, and when it is detonated, it is exhausting the other.
This could, technically, be done with a low pressure oil path through the piston for lubrication, and one or two crankshafts (because you could also *pull* on the piston.

Everything else you find in America that's a kei car is imported. Keep in mind the engines for American market cars are twice the displacement and often more than twice as powerful because 'merica.
