Is William Bice right? Should people be allowed to run over bikers?
That's not the William Bice that happens to live at

is it?

Everything is in order, OP.
WHEN IS GOOD TOP GEAR COMING BACK.
>implying it was ever good
Memes aside and real talk, it was heavily scripted and obvious if you weren't stupid. The only parts of the show that were good were the specials when they traveled to different parts of the world like the Amazon one. Even then it was not obviously scripted as fuck despite the "good chemistry".
It literally just spawned a bunch of idiots who thought they were car experts after watching this ENTERTAINMENT show. Just as much of an expert as that faggot TheDudeInBlue.
RIP Speed, that...

OK then.
Fucking hell they've aged.
The fuel pump is taking a shit on a 2000 F150 that my mom has. Are there any tips on how I can salvage the one it has before resorting to tearing out the gas tank? Any tricks? It's hot as fuck out there and I would rather not devote the next day to doing that. Any help is truly appreciated.
As an aside, whats the best place to find a haynes manual for a 2000 f150? this god damn truck is giving me migraines. Much appreciated.
Fuel system cleaner and good luck
>>15295817
now can the fuel system cleaner just be put in the tank and left at that, or does it need to circulate? The thing wont start at all :/
>>15295820
>fuel system cleaner
>system
Well it's not going to clean much if it can't circulate into the pump. If the pump is strictly dead and won't pump fuel, you need to replace it. Chances are this truck belongs in the trash, like any other 16 year old Ford truck. Tell your mom to go finance herself a nice Mitsubishi Mirage and call it a day.
is a 69' Pontiac Firebird worth restoring today? I found one parked in a barn and old guy tried to sell it to me for $750, it still works and the only problem with it is some of the letters of are missing, broken windshield, no tires.
>>15295789
>it still works
>>15295795
the old guy said he's been turning it on once in a while and leaving it for 15 minutes, all he says is he'd be happy to see his baby back on the road again

That's pretty Fucking cool.
Huh, never thought about it that way. Can't flood an engine that doesn't need air.
My Ram can do that and it only cost $2k
/O/ I need your help. I'm stuck between if I should get the GTR or viper. These would be weekend cars. I have the money to buy them and probably service and maintain them. Which should I get?
>>15295704
gtr is more of an everyday gt car, get the snek
Snek, if you want a true track monster.
I'd probably take the GT350R over the GTR too.
Viper
I've found a few of these going anywhere from 6-11k.
I like roadsters and this thing looks promising. Any thoughts? How much do these things cost to maintain?

Step it up to the 3.0 engine. It's better in every way and has nicer bumpers and wheels.
Otherwise you may as well give it a try. It's a simple platform with not much that can go wrong, a bullet proof engine. It's light weight so brakes and things won't wear out quickly like on the bigger bmws. There's not much to the interior so there's not much to go wrong.
The only thing I'd worry about are tires. They're low profile and expensive.

How is a BMW sports car so cheap though?
I need suggestions. I'm currently too poor to afford a new car but I want to start looking out into what car to buy in the future.
Here are my requirements:
>RWD or rear biased AWD
>not very heavy, best sub 1600kg
>fun to drive
>1995+
>coupe/sedan
>doesn't need to be very powerful, 150hp+ will make me happy

Why shouldn't I look ahead?
Is it possible to go from being a car enthusiast to not being one?
I feel like I am slowly losing my interest in the automotive world. I don't keep track with all the new cars coming out, and I don't feel like doing modifications anymore. Even going to car meets seems like a chore. /o/ visits are even becoming infrequent.
At least I still prefer to drive manual.
I recall seeing a similar thread before, and I would like to know if anybody else feels this way.
>>15295578
>Is it possible to go from being a car enthusiast to not being one?
Yes it is possible to lose interest in a hobby and pick up something else. You must be pretty fucking idiotic if you needed somebody to tell you this.
>>15295608
Okay.
>>15295578
I lost my interest for many years, but something would come along to respark my interest and ignite the fires of passion once more. It's happened a couple of times.
The most notable of which is when I finally decided to watch Initial D. Wasn't expecting much. Has actually vastly influenced me and inspired a newfound interest in cars.
Maybe you'll find your way one day.
What is it? Considering all aspects.

Will underglow ever make a return? Lots of shitty ones but when done right it looks great imo. Love that 90's NFS look. Any underglow fags here?
never, because they are illegal in most states
Ive got purple ones on my black lifted truck.
>illegal to turn on outside of a parking lot
maybe when we have automated cars and we don't have to worry about retarded motorists getting confused at night.
In fact, if we went for underglow for night lighting instead of driving headlights, we'd probably have less wildlife death at night because they would see a gently glowing object instead of a massive ball of light that's impossible to judge the distance of.

Anyone have experience with sealing a cracked manifold? Will probably replace down the road but I need a quick fix for a few weeks. Jb weld high heat? Any other products to use?
Tape
>>15295342
Take it to a shop and get it welded. Its like $30-$50 for someone to touch it up.
If your super cheap or lazy, try muffler sealant. Its like $8 and may work. the sealant may hold in the meantime, but it will crack again soon.
I would recommend a cheap way of fixing it well but since you are a snapchatting emoji-using showoff faggot, I'm not going to
I just thought of something.
Why do people paint their hoods black? If the whole idea of performance is to keep your engine as cool as possible, wouldn't a black hood attract heat, making the engine bay hotter?
>>15295183
its not paint....
>>15295187
carbon fiber whatever. it is black. it has low albedo. it is hotter than other colors.
