is this the ugliest sports car?
the huracan is ugly not because its garish. its because it looks like a retarded cousin of a real lamborghini. that rounded front is my biggest problem with it. it looks far too small, like they made a real lambo and then crushed the front.
I've always thought that modern lamborghini's looked like absolute shit. The proportions are ridiculously wrong, it doesn't resemble a sporty car shape at all, rather looking more like some fucking transportation pod we'll be using in 20 yrs, or the crap gm and ford pumped out in the early 2000's.
In fact, lamborghini's never looked good, the muira was kind of pretty, but everything else worked up until the gallardo and mucielago because they were not only futuristic, but so fucking ridiculous that is was okay, because they were for rich...

Yeah I think all Lambos are pretty ugly. Also they age really poorly. It's not timeless design.
The drivers are especially bad too. It's for people who can't get Ferraris.

Opinion on the mazdaspeed 3? Hardly ever see them mentioned on here, and they seem like a decent DD. Relatively reliable, tons of space, good amounts of power and a decent aftermarket.

Reliability seems hit or miss. They are famous for blowing motor mounts which subsequently destroys the engine.
The also aren't the best in their class. Oh yes, they're fast, but they also torque steer like a bitch. What's ironic about this is that the Mazdaspeed3's chief rival, the Chevrolet Cobalt SS Turbo, does not suffer torque steer problems despite having a similar 260 HP (290 HP with the GM stage 1 kit available at dealers), and does not have the motor mount issues.

I currently have a 1956 Chevy 210. It's got a 283 from a '65 Impala SS and it dynos to 415HP. Tri power chevy with 3 holley carbs. 350 turbo transmission. At some point it'll be painted a nice bright blue in the front and bombay ivory in the back.
This is my 1973 Chevy Nova SS that I was working on to make it look like a 70. Basically itd be just bezels, back lights, bumpers, and back windows. It had the same motor as the 56
and I also currently have a 1930 Ford Model A with a 302 stroked to a 347. 450HP and will soon have a 496 BBC when i am able to afford it.

Does /a/ know anything about the Volvo C30 T5? I've only seen one or two in person in my life, and someone near here is selling a manual model. I think they look awesome in a concept car kind of way and 224hp doesn't exactly suck.

No. The automatics aren't as reliable as the manuals. On top of that, they just aren't very good automatics.
I don't know about the new ones, they're probably fine. Still not reliable though, because post E46 BMW is shit
So today I spent some time thinking about cars and efficiency, right? Cars burn gasoline (or diesel) to go forward - the more gas they burn the faster forward they go depending on the engine, and they turn the gasoline into carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxide, and whatever else comes out of the tailpipe. The more gas the car has the farther it can go depending on the efficiency of the engine, with larger engines generally getting less mileage per gallon.
I was thinking about it, and what if there was a way to 'unburn' gasoline by running the engine in reverse? So...
