Here's some tips from the previous threads:
Beginners: practice on cheaps figures first.
For sculpting: use 2-part epoxy putty like Aves apoxie or fixit.
For tools: try a basic carving/sculpting set like the kind arts & crafts stores have.
Dental tools have also been said to work well.
Also, using a Dremel is recommended. Minimites (the small $20-25 ones) are fine for starting out, but the battery life is poor. Upgrade to a corded one only if you want to get deeper into customizing. They are useful for stuff outside of the hobby though, so...

Also I have to say it's amazing how little of a cultural footprint MGSV seems to have left vs the other games in the series. Maybe like with 2 and 4 people will return years later to find hidden depths, but thematically and symbolically it was as empty as its own Afghanistan map.
Not that I entirely blame Kojima for that, he was clearly forced to ship a game less than 2/3 of the way finished. Glad he's finally...

Hey /toy/ What do you do with your boxes? specifically collector ones like S.H.F. , Figma, And nendoroids.

Mine are all in those boxes copier paper comes in and stacked in my closet.
For cheap stuff I got in a clearance bin or whatever, I just toss them. If a nendo or something goes for less than 2k on mandarake, I just toss the packaging.
