I just watched Civil War. It was alright, but what really caught my eye was this sexy suit right here. And once again, I realize that I still lack an Iron Man figure.

I love the IM figuarts, but I'm always bothered by how they do the eyes and chest lights. Feels like they're lacking something without something replicating the blue glow.

You're probably better off asking in /tg/, especially with the Warhammer 40K space game (Battlefleet Gothic).
However, the secret behind many of the model spaceships from classic films like Star Wars and Alien is they just cobbled any and all pieces together. So just finding any plastic junk and working it into a design will get you started.
Most of the best stuff is found in war gaming games.
Theres a couple of larger stuff, like EagleMoss's and Diamond's but it's mostly just Star Trek and pre-built/painted.
There's also models for Battle Ship Yamato.
There's not a lot to choose from that isn't war gaming.

Just get in touch with any printing company that'll print on like 200lb stock. 110 is the thickest that most use, but that's too flimsy for what you want. A one-off will need to be done as a digital print, but it'll still cost you.
