>>5388585 They're a couple of years old at this point, and I think they only sold them at coventions in japan since they're fanmade kits.
The company that makes them has started making proper figures via the polynian line, but considering their parody nature I don't know that they could get away with issuing them in a regular release format.
Hey there toy. I'm new around here and was wondering whats the best way to buy overseas. The amiami Kirby nendoroid in particular has my attention, but according to some sites just this alone can cost 2,080¥ for SAL. Help please.
AmiAmi - Good discounts, standard shipping Hobby Link Japan - Okay discounts, better shipping options, ability to cancel orders Toy Otaku Mode - free shipping offers? good reward system?? i dunno people like TOM Mandarake - great for used items
For Kirby, I'd suggest AmiAmi or HLJ. EMS shipping is what you'll most likely want for tracking, insurance, and the item to arrive in a timely manner. EMS should run you anywhere from 1500 - 2000 yen. That seems high for shipping, yes, but it comes with the territory. Get used to it.

It's the same reason Amiibos were selling like hot cakes. Collectors had no other options for getting physical representations of Palutina, Ness, Starfox, Little Mac, Captain Falcon, etc. So they took whatever they could get.

Too soon to know. >Frame Arms Girl continues with an unarmored kit plus the architect is up next, with another mech on the way. >Blade teamed up with Megahouse to make some cheaper, 8cm tall 1:1 battle robot figures called Desktop Army. Their plan includes 3d printable add-ons to appeal to customizers. tldr it's a good time to be a Shinkifag.
Where to buy second hand Shinkis: >eBay/Amazon - only if you hate having too much money. >Mandarake - search 武装神姫 and don't trust listing images (they sometimes get mixed up). >Yahoo Japan Auctions - same kanji as above, you'll need a proxy, try Noppin or FromJapan. >Taobao - search 武装神姬 and use a proxy like Taobaoring, Taoboafocus, or Bhiner. >Amiami occasionally gets some preowned. >Check the BST, My Figure Collection, and Busou Shinki World for sales.

Got quoted for talking about how he overheard some animation staff talking about how they won't be able to get more figures out with the anime due to "circumstances of adults" (usually meaning internal politicking and people being shitbags over at Konami) and got into trouble for it, so he took all his stuff offline for a while.
He put it all back up on pixiv under a new name though.
