Intake appointment for anxiety/mood disorder outpatient today. Mum has surgery around the same time.

She said a couple sentences of good advice you might hear from a good friend, thousands of dollars later. Luckily a company was paying for it, but I'll never forget how altogether expensive and mostly worthless the sessions were
