You do things, regardless of what excuse you come up with to procrastinate. And you keep doing things, until it becomes habbit. If you can't do that, you're fucked. The brain wants to be lazy, working is hard and it would rather not. You either accept that not wanting to do something/putting it off isn't a vaild excuse ever, or you keep being lazy. Most people stay lazy, but as a spoiler productivity is the trick to life. Brains, looks, skills can all be nearly zero, if you can actually work hard and not be lazy, you can get almost anything you want.

I've been on 4chan for about 8 years and went from young lazy fag to ambitious career driven individual. Part of the desire to well personally came from a fear of not being like my parents, another is the fact that we're only alive once so fuck, might as well spend our time productively.
