I recently got in a relationship, but I just can't feel anything. I never had an emotional bond to someone or felt love, should I really stay in that relationship? I feel like I don't care about her all, that I'm just pretending, it doesn't feel real at all.

If you don't care at all about someone, you shouldn't have gotten in a relationship. If you're looking to start out with feelings rather than just seeing if you're compatible/like each other, you should probably get to know people better before going out with them.
Try to start with someone you at least kind of like though. That can grow into stronger feelings. Starting with indifference, not so much.

I'm on my iPod or I'd have some helpful links for you, but regardless you should try to find a psychiatrist and therapist (mental health providers/organizations will often either help you find or provide both, and Google will at least aid in finding them) for diagnosis and treatment.
I hope things go well for you and that you make the best decisions for you, whatever those are (though clearly I have opinions on this, I've been wrong before, lol.).

Hi /adv/, my dad might have colon cancer. I really don't know what I'm exactly here for, but I just want to talk about it with someone.

I'm not sure what motivated me to do it but I watched some cancer victim/survivor youtube channels recently. From them I learned that remaining hopeful/optimistic despite the circumstances might be the best route to take, because it's the best way to deal with obstacles that cancer might bring your way.

We don't know yet. He had a colonoscopy done a few days ago, got his results back today. They found lots of little polyps along his colon, which is normal, but then found a large one near the beginning of it. It could be cancerous, it might not be.

Yep calculus and physics really interest me which is why I want into engineering in the first place, but computers and simulations are also things I want to learn about which is why I was thinking computer engineering.

Just graduated with a compE degree myself man! You might already know this, but they are very similar as compe students take we courses and vice versa.
Do you like programming? Typically compe does more programming/software engineering while ee students focus on electrical circuits and hardware, but it isn't always the case.
My opinion would be look into beginner programming and circuit analysis concepts and see which you find more interesting.
