I have smoked weed multiple times a day for almost 2 years, I know exactly what you're talking about when you quit. Make sure that you are staying hydrated and eating well, since your body is probably used to weed with meals and you might feel weird for a couple of weeks. You probably shouldn't but alcohol or zzzquil helped me on some nights where I had work and I could NOT fall asleep. If you want to go more healthy I'd just take some melatonin before bed.
