I am a poor fag wage slave, I know I'll be one for the rest of my life, but I want to at least be able to keep a job that I can pay my bills with and move out of this motel room on. Every time I get a decent paying (decent is relative, $10 an hour is a good one for me), I am often one of the first ones laid off.

Is colored hair really that big of a "red flag" for guys? I wouldn't describe myself as being "liberal" whatsoever, or any of the other things correlated with that style as a matter of fact, but I dye my hair a different bright color every few months. Read No More Mr. Nice guy and then buy a copy of starting strength and read it while finding a good coach who can teach you to do what it says.
You'll be 10,000x better off if you do just those two things than if you read a bunch of books and do nothing.

This book is more of a psychology book imo. There aren't any generic platitudes, just concrete things you can do to be more persuasive.
