Am I bipolar?
I know people's emotions weren't 100% stable at a time but in my case was it beyond the line?
Some day i wake up feeling so happy and loving my life,feeling like i have so many reasons to keep living this life etc...
But some day I woke up feeling nothing but sadness,empty and lonely,no motivation in life.
This kind of randomly. I might get in a good mood for like 2 days and then feeling depressed again.

I have Bipolar Type II and without medication it's sort of a 3-week-sad 1-week-happy but other people experience different times. If you find that when you're "happy" you're also extremely prone to anger or making impulsive decisions that could be seen as dangerous, such as uncontrolled drug consumption, impromtu sex with strangers, dangerous driving, etc then that's a key sign of a manic episode.

Whenever I go outside and see cute girls with their boyfriends, I can't help but get incredibly jealous.
Makes me uncomfortable and bitter, and somewhat ruins a perfectly fine day at the pool or night at the club, and ultimately contributes to my depression.
Now, I'm not a virgin (though my history with women is relatively small), and my looks are passable at worst. Yet I barely get any results whenever I try. But I digress.

Find out what your attention span is, for example by writing a short story with a stopwatch so you know when you're getting distracted and how long it typically takes.
Divide what you have to do into tasks small enough to complete during that period, for example write one sentence at a time, let your brain wander a bit, and write another.
Over time, work on lenghtening your attention span. Try lenghtening those tasks, or trying to complete two at a time.
It's not easy and it's not a full solution to the problem (more like working around it), but it does...

Is there any reason we're self destructive?
Does it even have a reason? I realize that every time I'm steadily keeping a routine of going to the gym, seeing friends, and feeling good about myself, my mind immediately tempts me with neglecting those things.
Then, when I'm at my lowest, I hate myself for doing it to myself.
Being as it's contributing to my self hatred greatly, I'd like to know if there's at least a reason, if not an answer on how to solve it.

My little cousins are in a home in which their mother is said to be on drugs again. The house is trashed, She has stabbed the freezer with a knife to where it does not work, while tweaked out. She has hit the kids, and hit her mother for her trying to say something to her. I feel bad for my cousins but i do not know what i can do as I am only a young adult. I think it depends on if their mother seems like she wants to change and if there is anyone else in the household. An intervention/rehab may be a good idea if their is someone who can watch the kids while their mom gets better. If she doesnt want to change or this has happened many times over than you should call child services. Ive just dealt with child services before from crazy people who are just trying to hurt my family and I always look at it like a last resort but it definitely should be your first choice if thats all that will help the kids.

I was just presented with a scenario where i had to force myself to follow my own. it was a lot harder than i thought. honestly if i hadnt given the advice so many times i dont think i would have done it.
i almost made a thread asking for advice on it.
A lot of people don't take their own advice, which in turn can help them gain more insight into the issues, which in turn leads them to offering more advice and insight on the issue.
Most of the time any kind of advice is because someone's fucked up in some way, shape, or form and learned from said fuck up.
All you can do is attempt to follow that advice yourself, and if it doesn't work, you think about alternative ways to make it work better.

Just tell your friend not to answer any questions without an attorney, this does not prove his guilt, but proves he is aware of his rights.
