How can I stop my boyfriend of five years to stop being a bitch? He's the most sensitive, temperamental man I've ever met. Clingy, jealous, suspicious, and constantly asks me "What's wrong?"....I tell him dude, nothing's wrong, except you're irritating the shit out of me by continually asking me what's wrong! And then he gets pissy because I have an "attitude"! He makes me feel like I'm the man in the relationship and it's extremely off putting.

You can't. You either figure out a better way to deal with things together, accept how things are, or break up.

I got the number of a girl at a burger joint today. I asked for it at the end of my order, after making the usual "Hey how's your day" small talk. She was hesitant but gave me it (though it could have been fake), but really I don't know her at all aside from her name.
Typical texting etiquette suggests making it known your time is valuable ("I'm doing x at z pm, join me") but is that really possible with so little interaction having occured?

You'll be able to exorcise demons.
I know some speakers personally, so I would beg to differ on that last point. Also worth noting is that while it is no longer a national language per se (Vatican City notwithstanding), it underpins so many major languages and large parts of the the technical lexicon in general, it's still highly useful to know when working in any of these.
Second, it is the language in which some of the best literature of all time was written, so if you want to read it in the original, there isn't much way around learning it.
