So I have thick dark brown hair and whenever I wake up I have a head full of dandruff. I take showers daily at different times and it still comes up when i wake up, or even sometimes mid day. Its getting to be a problem because I can literally get a comb and move it around my head for like a minute and get loads of dandruff to fall out. I tried taking a shower the at night before bed and nothing, mid day nothing. What can I do about this? Will the pic related selsun blue work, and if I get it will it replace the shampoo or just be used after it or whatever?

Use Jason's Natural Anti Dandruff Shampoo. Head and Shoulders/Selsen Blue and all the salicyclic acid only shampoos suck terribly. Colloidal Sulfur is what really works for dandruff and the Jason's shampoo is the only one that got rid of it and kept it away.

Do you take lessons? If so, talk to your teacher about your problems. If not, look up practice methods, as well as exercises. Find method books for the bass. Any method book worth its salt will talk about playing position, and address these things before they lead into problems like tendonitis.

How do you make friends?
In my classes I'm friendly with everyone and everyone talks with me. If we organise something as a class people say to me that I have to go, it wouldn't be the same without me, etc.
However, nobody seems to want to spend time with me outside of the class. Whenever I invite people out or ask them if they're free they either don't reply, reply too late so it can't be organised, or say no. The people I sit with in class and would consider my friends even organise to go out among themselves and don't invite me....

I've had it similar to you most of my life. People's words don't seem to match their actions around me.
I don't do it all the time these day, but a few years ago I just got blatant with people and would call them out on their hypocrisy and lack of logic. Even if it had nothing to do with me. It bore down on my psych sometimes. I didn't like bothering people and being so cynical.
