So I'm pretty old, 23 and I'm friends with this girl that's a lot younger than me like almost 7 years younger than me.
We talk and hangout a lot but I just feel like I'm too fucking old to be her friend and at points she makes really uncomfortable jokes about the age gap.
What should I do should I just end the friendship or should I not let the age gap bother me.

As long as you aren't mean to people while being a sarcastic asshole, it's okay. Compensate by doing friendly things like helping out people in your life even without them asking and by being generally good behaved.

I find sarcasm to be the lowest form of humour, yet I use it way too much, to the extent where people have asked me what I'm like when I'm serious. Kind of makes me feel bad, but maybe I'm too insecure to be honest and genuine, especially when I'm talking to new people.
My boss and the full-time coworker keep asking me to work on days im not scheduled, usually the day of. I agreed to work last night and tonight, but I'm going to text my boss back and say "ok, but I won't be covering as much for *anon* going forward."
Too confrontational? I'm pretty pissed. He gets sick easy, but that's not my fuckin' problem. I'm a full time student and I'm not gonna keep being asked to come in every night, six hours beforehand. I say no often enough as it is.
So basically I worked last night, will work again tonight, I'm supposed to have Thursday off but I bet they'll want me to work then too, and I'm scheduled to work Fri and Sat like every weekend. So five days when I'm supposed to be two. How do I do this maturely?
Tell him the truth: you don't mind filling in when there's an emergency, but that this is a part-time job and you have other things in your life that need your attention.
(And never put things like this in writing- talk to him in person.)
