You should start getting motivation or visit an interest board and find something productive to do. Like cooking or working out or drawing or collecting shit I don't know. Find some kind of productive interest and you'll have a better time. Reading books is a good start also.
If it's really bad, put some limitations on your phone or get rid of it. Downgrade to one of those lesser flip-phones so you don't have much to do on it.

When should I change therapists?
I have one for depression.
I had her for 3 years and she's ok but I don't feel like I'm making any progress. It just feels too slow and she keeps saying 'oh it's ok to have steady progress etc.'.
I'm almost 22 now and it's scaring me.

Is your therapist medicating you? That's a really important part of the process. For a lot of people your problems are caused by an actual chemical imbalance and not just daddy issues that a hippy dippy therapist can fix.
