I understand what you mean. Because I wouldn't feel comfortable with it either. But, if he makes enough where it's literally just pennies to him, then I'd do it.
Forgot to add - from what you're saying, it sounds like your friends really wants you to go. So if you don't go, it actually might hurt his feelings.
I'd just explain everything to him, how it doesn't feel right that he's paying for everything. And see if you all can figure out a way that you could pay him back, even if its like manual labor or something. That way you'd feel a bit better since you'd be repaying him in a sense.

He's treating you to a lovely trip, just go for it. Save the money you would have used for a vacation on a really nice meal (or a few) for you and your friend while you're away or buy him some nice trinkets to remember the trip by.
If he's comfortable in buying this for you, expects nothing in return but your company and has enough of an income to include you, you shouldn't feel bad.

Im trying to see if someone who posted on another board in a thread is somone i know. They posted a screenshot of their page and it showed the same timezone as me. Does 4chan do it for everyone?
RIght now it is 3:43am and the most recent post on the 4chan clock is 3:43. I live in Oregon so it matches.

my new girlfriend really likes to pose for pictures and I've been telling her that I know a thing or two about photography and would love to take some pictures of her. fact is, I don't know shit about photography but I have a decent DSLR camera that I could use. any easy tips on how I can take decent pics and look like I know what I'm doing?
The only way to be good at photography is to look at a shit tonne of "good" photos and TRY to emulate them. Good photos are just beautiful moments in every day life that some 'photographer' managed to see the beauty of and capture in a photograph.

Feel like I'm too close with my parents/don't know how to be more formal with them.
It's a problem because it makes some of the ignorant shit they say to/about me hurt a lot and makes it difficult for us to have a mutually beneficial relationship. I am open enough with them to be totally honest and this is bad. It tends to shut down all dialogue if we disagree because I can't just say so.
