My confidence is shit /adv/. I don't believe in myself at all. Even when playing video games, my first instinct in a 1v1 situation is to just run and try to get the upper hand in some other way. I never like to commit to anything.

Get some hobbies or skills you're good at and can take pride in. Try to take leadership roles when you can (even if you don't feel comfortable at the time). Become better at talking and communicating with people.

Hey /adv/, I have been wanting to have all my ancestor traced back to Europe for awhile(I live in the US), but really don't have the time to do all the research. Hey guys. I just don't have any experience with this and am not sure where to start.
