How do I become more articulate and well worded? The way I talk to people now is awkward and off putting, combined with just not knowing what to say in conversations. Its at the point where I have trouble kicking up discussion on this very site.
Read more to increase vocabulary and linguistic skills. Hang out with a wide variety og people and listen to them more to find out contemporary colloquial
Practice being attentive to the way in which people speak. The most effective form of communication is to talk in the way which people talk to you. It's part of knowing your audience.
You probably don't talk much, check some info online to talk with your "true" voice, not forced, practice alone.

Sup guys so I work at a large department store and one of the managers (of a different apartment so she isn't necessarily my boss) is really outgoing with everyone but she's highly flirtatious with me specifically, I've seen her interact with others and she treats me quite differently. I need some help in feeling positive about things, guys. I feel like I have some kind of depersonalisation, like my life is just not quite right or something; it's kinda hard to explain. But I also feel like I focus on petty negative things in my life and it kinda makes it even worse, and it's become some sort of 'routine' or 'norm' for how I think. I kinda lose this when I drink but obviously drinking isn't a solution lol. How do I make my mind become positive?

Europefag here (I won't state country here). Should I get a degree in Fine Art when my predicted grades are good enough for Medicine and really every career available? I am interested in teaching art yet my parents advised me to pick something other than Fine Art. They said that the prospects, status, salary for Medicine, Law, Pharmacy, etc are much better than teaching Fine Art. They said that teaching art to kids who are annoying and misbehaving will suck and if I become a teacher there is administrative work to do. They said I can just teach art as a hobby.
I'd personally keep it as a hobby. Especially you have more tangible and maybe even more rewarding career options available. I decided to pursue a STEM degree and just draw and build a portfolio in my free time. Fuck man, you don't need a degree to put lines on paper.

Should add that you don't necessarily have to pursue the career the degree was designed for. You could go on to do something completely different. I've considered going into career subjects like graphic design once I get mine. But you can use the degree to prove to potential employers that you're not an idiot and depending on the subject, can be used as a bargaining chip.
I'm sick and tired of trying so hard to actually sleep. I never seem to feel rested, so what I was wondering was whether or not there is a way to suppress the need for sleep, or cut it down significantly, whilst remaining healthy.
