A psychologist will likely just recommend lifestyle changes at this point. An inability to sleep is really common if you're using electronics at night and if you have something on your mind.

Yes, I'm nervous and frigidity. I'm a student now and I hate being around people, I can't handle the pressure, so I lock my self up in my house when I'm not in class.
