Whenever best suits you friend. One thing I noticed working nightshift is how much I missed the sun. Its important to get some rays because it can negatively impact your mood. I would probably think about going to sleep a few hours after I get home so I can enjoy the afternoon when I wake up. But you will fall into a pattern that suits you best.
Sleeping a little in the morning and a little in the evening can be pretty great. Then you're up for lunch/sunshines midday.

Used to work 7pm until 8am. Here's how I did it... I tried to sleep as much as I could before going to work, but get up, have a nice meal, shower, then go. Shit's yummy, versatile, cheap, you can stack up cause it keeps so long, it's easily and fast prepared), tuna (in water, not oil), feta, whole wheat oats, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, leafy greens, apples, bananas, ananas, and nuts.
