It's not like cancer is a searing pain. It's usually a dull ache or strange sensation at first. Go to a doctor.
Excessive fapping does not typically lead to testicular pain. It can lead to pain but it is often featured in the shaft of the penis where the excessive friction is applied. The important question is where exactly the pain is located in the testicle. Is the pain global or are there certain spots that are more painful than others? You did say that it's definitely not cancer but I think this link is nonetheless relevant.

You need to start reading about Alkaline diets. Cancer thrives in acidic environments, so it's important to keep your body ph basic. There are lists of acidic and alkaline foods online. It's variable but you can do these things for it-
Sip water for mouth dryness. You can chew sugarless gum or get some scripts from your doctor for artificial saliva if dryness is an issue.
Rinse with a solution of 1/2 tsp baking soda (and/or ¼ or ½ teaspoon of table salt) in 1 cup warm water several times a day. This cleans the wounds and keeps unhealthy bacteria from developing
