i was thinking about the possibility of creating a forged high school transcript to get into a really really good college (ivys, Stanford, etc)
I can't believe that this isn't a viable option/some people have done it

when i was 17, my brother died and i saw him at the morgue with his head cut open and his face flat because his brain had been taken out for an autopsy. i remember stuff like this even though its been over 10 years and it still nags at me even when i'm trying to have a good time.

I have a suicidal younger sister who is in and out of mental facilities, and tries to cut herself on a daily basis. Whenever I'm hanging out with friends or having a good time in general I always picture her sitting in a empty white room and it just fucks with me. The only advice I can offer you is to either get therapy, or fake your happiness for those you care about. Time is not your friend in this situation.

This may be long, but i'l try to keep it brief.
Girlfriend and i been together for 5 years going on 6. In the beginning after about 6 months she started showing signs of jealousy and control.
It got to the point where she was asking me to not talk to female friends... i refused but eventually said 'm happy with what you ask of me so long as you can give it in return." So i stopped talking to my female friends and she did with her male friends.
Things went up and down in the relationship. She asked me not to speak to the females at work......

It's a literal fucking grab bag for the inexperienced OP. After a long time of interacting with women though, if you're brutally honest with your own thoughts about a person (i.e. think analytically instead of emotionally), you can sort out most of the women like that after just a short conversation. That being said, there's always the potential for that sneaky one to get past your hoedar. I'll admit it, I've been burned (first love gone wrong), but after awhile it's like night and day with these chicks.

Is it normal that antidepressants don't work? My doctor tried to put me on lexapro, which I don't think did much at all, so then she ended up switching me to Zoloft which I also think didn't work.i think they just made me slightly space out and have me interesting dreams and made me eat like crazy.I was working night shift hours and had horrible sleep, did this play a role? The doctor seemed confused by it and suggested I try Effexor but at this point I'm so reluctant to try it, should I?

Yes, you should keep seeing the doctor and letting them change your medications.
I had to go through at least four different antidepressants before my doctor and I found one that worked. And THEN we had to find the right dosage. It takes time figuring it out, but it's worth it.
Hard truth is you'll always deal with depression - I do - but the medications make it quite manageable.

This is going to sound corny as fuck, but since you are into D & D, try something like this:
Pick something random to do as a quest.
Figure out what sort of skills you'll need to do that thing. As you acquire those skills, mark down that you have leveled up in them.
Finish the quest and give yourself experience points for doing so.
Repeat with something else. Eventually you'll probably figure out things you are interested in doing.
If you don't figure out anything you are interested in doing, concentrate on acquiring money....
