I got over my social anxiety.
It took me half a decade plus of actively forcing myself to do things I hated until I got over it.
I went from scared to answer doors/phones/order food, to giving no fucks and being able to make friends with literally anyone anywhere and having it be one of my favorite idle pass-times (just go to a restaurant/microbrew, sit at the bar with a meal and a drink, and make idle chitchat with total strangers).

Optimistically speaking I would like to say that people are not static and maybe she has learned a lesson from this and changed for the better.
Alternatively this is her true character and chances are things like this might happen again. Long term relationships rarely turn out well and mixing romance with work is also a big risk.

just make sure you see the sun for 10-30min every day, make sure you work out to the point of feeling sore bc of it 2-4/wk, limit fapping to 1/day max.
