Excessive fapping does not typically lead to testicular pain. It can lead to pain but it is often featured in the shaft of the penis where the excessive friction is applied. The important question is where exactly the pain is located in the testicle. Is the pain global or are there certain spots that are more painful than others? Check if you can feel any kind of painful mass or clump. It does not necessarily indicate cancer, it can mean other things.
