First of all, if you have been together 2 years and are living together, you should be doing things like that rrip as a couple. If your parents don't think of you as a couple, something is wrong.

So my housemates are all slobs. They let the sink overfill with dirty dishes, let the trash pile up, and never clean up any of the common areas. There's no easy way to do this, it's a shit scenario. All I can recommend to you is stop doing their dishes, instead get a box or something that you can put in your kitchen, and when they leave dirty dishes around move them into the box. When they ask why say it's because it annoys you when you can't get to the sink/counter because of their stuff. They may think you're weird but whatever. Good luck.

I may try this. But that doesn't help the fact that the kitchen is a fucking mess. The stove and floor is covered in patches of oil because they don't clean up after they cook. They don't respect me enough to listen when I ask them to pull their weight.
Don't clean their dishes. Get your own plates, cutlery etc. and fill a tub with hot water to wash your stuff in.
I started my first job a week ago and I want to quit. It's very stressful and demanding and there's no room for mistakes. Each day there's three new things I'm given a brief explanation of, and then left with until I'm finished hoping I didn't fuck anything huge up.

Can't figure how to sort this situation I'm in, look :
I'm currently with my GF. Meet her when my EXGF, who has a instable anxiety (dealing with drugs/anti depressant with psychiatric treatment) cheated on me with some other guy. I was very attached to her, even if she has hurt me badly with that cheating story. Even if she had a lot of trouble, I was always there for her.
One day I decided to move on as it was impossible for me to be with her. I wanted something serious, she wasn't in that type of thing.
4 month ago, I dumped her, explain it, and began to be with my current GF. Everything is going right for the moment, but a little while ago, I talked again with my EXGF, who said to me she was OK now, that she wanted a serious relationship with me.
I always loved her. I just get away 'cause I doesn't wanted to be hurt anymore. But I've developed feelings for my current GF too. Deep ones too. Each of them with their problems, but I can't decide.

She said that I have a problem with selective attention, and that I take in all the sensory stimuli at the same time and feel overloaded.

These two are characteristic of autism (I know that), but is the selective attention part seen in autism at all? I only know this term from the literature I've read on psychotic disorders.

I've come to realize that a lot of the major fights me and my girlfriend of 3 years have had stemmed from her being on her period, I don't know why I didn't see this sooner, these fights don't occur frequently so the time between them makes me forget the details of the last one but when I think back I can distinctly remember after making up and apologizing she will say something along the lines of her realizing she is on her period which she believes is a strong contributor to the the fight.
The problem here is that I usually am not aware she is "pms'ing"...

Have you never heard of PMS? It is a very real physical condition resulting from askew hormones. Some women get it light, some are bed-ridden with cramps and pain, some get painful breasts, some get weepy, some get bitchy. There is no "cure".
Take note of her cycle and give her a lot of space in the week before she's due.
