How do I stop getting stressed so easily?
I get so stressed literally everyday even over the littlest things and it triggers severe itching on my body and spots. I don't like this at all and I usually try to be calm but even when I seemingly am, I end up getting stressed one way or the other.
dont sweat the small stuff. I mean im not perfect but try not to worry about the little things it will kill you in the long run. Especially if you over analyze everything.

Same bruh. I'm currently working on my masters, and my degree is in a field that is both highly employable, and happens to be stupidly high in earnings, even at starting rates.
And even though I don't have the degree yet, I'm already working in the field anyways as an assistant. I'm literally just killing time until I get my degree, make some money for a few years, then disappear.
I mostly play vidya and workout when I'm not working or at class. I suggest you exercise, and find a way to start earning money while you're working on the degree.

Hi /adv/, I've been having some really bad pains in my body the last 6-7 months. They sparked up with my first anxiety attack, and have progressively gotten worse as time's gone on. The pain specifically radiates from my chest, shoulders, abdomen, and arms. This caused me to have my first anxiety attack in my life, and I was taken to the ER by ambulance. My first anxiety attack struck me so hard I believed it was a heart attack, and of course it was not. I was diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder, and well now things are a bit shaky in my life. The first experience I had was right after a weight lifting session, and it's always been on my mind of that happening again that same way. However you're most likely right, and muling over it and banging my head against the wall like a hypochondriac isn't going to do much good either....

Anxiety can mimic everything, it really sucks. I'd suggest going to a therapist, even though you might think don't need one. It does really, really help.

Sleep with a humidifier next to your bed.
Drink more during the day, learn to breath properly ( for example by going for a jog and only nose-breath). And yes, make sure your room is cold and humid enough. Don't eat salty stuff before bed
Buy a chinstrap for yourself. I know they make some to help with snoring, so I'm sure there's a variety out there. At least, if you don't mind wearing the headgear when you go to bed. Also the other methods mentioned in this thread.

My parents are fucking AWFUL they are literally always home. My dad sleeps on the couch and sits there 24/7 so I can't do shit without him asking me about it. My dad stays up til 4 am cooking shit and eating like a pig and he stomps so hard the whole house shakes. They randomly burst in my room any time they want even if I'm sleeping. They walk by and do loud shit if I try jerking off. I can't talk on the phone without them bursting in my mom always gets drunk and screams...
