If you can be big and still have cardio, why does the basically the entire UFC Heavyweight roster has garbage cardio?
Lets just face the fact. If you want to be huge, you are going to have to sacrifice cardio gains.

if you want to be HUGE then maybe. But even Arnold ran. Tons of boxers (much better examples of athletes than UFC, which is an absolute joke) juggle both fine. Cardio doesn't hurt your gains unless you're doing a metric fuckton of it and not eating enough.
Running 3-5 miles every other day won't hurt you.

No it isn't true.
It takes 6-8 hours to fully digest any food you eat.
maybe you can only make use of 30g of protein per hour but all the protein will be used eventually.
try eating 3 big, high protein meals every day. according to this theory this would only give you 360kcals/day + whatever carbs and fat you eat during the meals. you'd lose fat like crazy.

Hey fit, can you eat pizza, burger, chipotle, any other junk food, every single day and not gain weight if you keep it under the calories limit for maintaining?
I know the rules is calories in vs calories out
but there should be exceptions right? I mean, a burger has around 500 calories, and my limit is 1600 for maintaining,
If for breakfast I eat a salmon can worth 80 calories and whole grain bread worth 45 calories and black coffee no sugar or sugar alternatives
for lunch a burger worth 600 calories + fries 400 calories
and some diet coke 0...

Aside from that, there's a few old tricks for forearms mostly used by baseball players.

Take a wooden rod and attach a weight to it with some string or whatever. Holding your forearms in front of you, alternate left and right to roll it up and then back down. Completely controlled and slow.

Get a big ol bucket of rice and dig your hands into it. Practice not just closing your fist, but also opening it.
