best way to get a good body is to have a proper diet.

make sure to eat plenty of fruits since they are natural and good for you. before going to the gym eat alot of pasta or bread, the simple carbs will get digested faster and give you more energy to lift/build muscle.

You will feel bad as long as you want to. Look at your feelings honestly, look at their causes honestly; is it really worth missing out on your chance to be happy right now just to keep feeling bad?
Contrary to popular belief, happiness doesn't have to be conditional. It wasn't when we were kids and it isn't now. All it takes is for you to lose your committment to feeling bad.

Yeah, most of /fit/ think cardio kills your gains, and they are right, cardio has a negative impact on lower body hypertrophy (although no impact on upper body).
However, when you take into account cardio benefits it's very retarded to avoid it just because of barely bigger legs.
Thinkinging of starting to use front squats for quad gains, but I'm a beginner who has only lifted for four months. For strength, are front squats ok?

For overall strength, back squats are a lot better.
Like you said, front squats are better for quad development, and they're definitely not bad for leg development.
The only thing I'd say is to make sure that your form is good as you progress. I think I remember Candito having a video with some really good tips.

So I get the workplace email about peoples attire, I bin it, probably some chick at work with a short skirt again or a top that reveals she has a collar bone. Manager calls me over, the shirts I've been wearing I have my sleeves rolled up and it's making people feel uncomfortable/causing a distraction, and I need to stop also buy bigger shirts. Guys at work wear sleeveless shirts here and in fact wearing shirts much much tighter than mine, practically leotards, but I'm the only one who lifts in the office, I'm also the only one with a bf % below 20%, and lastly I only roll up my sleeves part way up my elbow... Not like the basic vest called short sleeve shirts the rest of the fatties wear.
As for distraction women at work go through my desk when I'm not around sniff loudly as I go past and ask to touch my chest arms and stomach each day at work, but fucken they are right I am distracting them, I'm what's wrong and I should quickly make my way to the local snack Allah Akbar and get hooked up to the fat pump to counter my fat terrorism, needless to say my distracting of the helpless female land manatees I work with.
Also my manager hates me now, asked how to lose weight, as I used to PT, and she's 250lb, I said PT is useless, if your aim is weight loss and your body needs 1400 cal per day eat 1200 and watch, "are you saying I eat too much?"... "Yes", she screws up her face says her whole families fat as if it's an excuse, "my whole prison camp killed Jews and your blaming ME?"
