I took three years off lifting due to depression. I actually put on about 12lbs of muscle in that time because of my physical job but unfortunately in that time i also put on about the same amount of fat. I've been training for six months but i weigh 230lbs at 29%. I've accepted my fatness and will do a serous cut to get lean again in a few months.

I think it's unfair to limit this to exclusively girls. There are for sure some bros who buy into crossfit/powerlifting to pick up chicks.
The BCPA has some very talented female lifters, and I'm sure every fed does too. But yeah, I agree, to an extent, the instagramism is pretty brutal sometimes. Just be careful not to count out females...

Hey /fit/, I'm pretty new here.
I work out occasionally (3 times a week or so), I lost 20 pounds, then gained it back (all fat), and now I'm in the process of losing it again and hopefully gaining some muscle.
Now, I dug this thing up in my house, I think my dad bought it. I'm trying it, and it's still functional. I just wanted to ask you guys—does this help at all? I'm aware by now that to actually get rid of fat, like, actually get rid of fat, you gotta work out and run, so I do that. I still have somewhat shitty sleep habits, but...

Lolling to build strength, and conjugate was doing much, when I followed it perfectly.
But it's really just "saggy" and they don't squat! Or do any form of glute exercises.
