I think I have mono, are my gains dead?

Most likely yes, I dropped 25 pounds in around three weeks when I had it. Shit is brutal. But the severity is different for each person, hopefully you won't get it as bad.
What is /fit/'s view on hummus? Been eating a ton of it lately to help make the raw veggies I eat taste better

Hello /fit/, a girl I know wants to get into lifting. I developed pic related as a beginner routine for her, what do you guys think?
Good if you want her to injure herself.
It doesn't matter, at the end of the second week she's gonna quit.
Just have her do SS.
You don't get fucking huge on SS, you just get good beginner strength.
She can train whatever lifts she wants after she develops some real strength.
