What books do fitizens read for mental gains? Are Fronk's recommendations any good?

Read the slight edge. First self help book that really lead me to results. It's repetitive as fuck but just read like the first 3 chapters and you'll see what I mean. It makes the mundane so much more exciting

How do I run if I want to lose bodyfat%. I've been doing C25k but it feels like it only increases my endurance and I rarely get very sweaty ...

You run a lot, a lot. Or you do it the easy way. Eat less and lift weights.

c25k is designed to get you physically ready to run a 5k and build endurance.
To that end it's worked.
HOWEVER
You both have to up your mileage and or up your speed to see some real results.
But if you want to lose weight then you're going to have to eat better and less and become more active throughout your life. Do some daily calisthenics like pushups situps crunches squats etc etc, not just run for 30 minutes and call it a day.

Let's assume you're doing the big compounds for a year and your diet is spot on + good sleeping schedule, what type of body would be possible?

Something along the lines of otter mode to bear mode depending on the amount of calories you're eating and if you have accessories in your workout. Your muscles insertions are all dependant on your genes too so showing you an exact picture is rather difficult. So take this picture instead
Assuming proper form, sensible accessories and actually eating enough calories to gain, in one year you could make very significant improvements to your physique. It depends where you start.

I'm doing it instead of cutting carbs or doing keto. I'm seeing results granted I've only been on it for 20 days I found something that works and is relatively easy.
The first week is hell. But after that it's fucking cake. Imagine pairing HIIT + IF + Keto. Who would even need DNP?
I'm doing IF + EC stack. I hope it works.
