Hey can I get an objective review of my ~3 week progress.
Pic 1, nil training, about a month ago.

Im 24, weigh 260lbs. 6ft. Passable physique but I definitely need to lose weight. (No fat folds or anything but if I dont start watching my weight I will.) Anyways I drink very sparingly and dont smoke. I work in a clean factory, not around any harsh chemicals. Hare's the dilemma:
I have started to have pain under the edge of my sternum and around the underside of my rib cage close to the right of my chest. The pain also springs up around my armpit and behind my right back shoulder-blade. Mind you the pain is NOT consistent. Only when I move in certain directions...

Right now, focused on reading more for self-improvement. I just moved to a new state though, so I'm going to start looking at other hobbies soon.
Softball, volleyball, hiking, camping, snowboarding, kayaking (I wanna start whitewater but I dunno how to into it).

All calories are not created equal. Get all your calories from raw fruits and veggies.

You're counting wrong.
My gf is eating 1350 kcal a day @ 120 lbs and 5'5 and she's losing a pound a week. Metabolic disorders can account for a few hundred calories either way for BMR. You should be dropping 2 lbs a week at a deficit of 1000 kcal.
Go get myfitnesspal and count better.

Baldind isn't all about genetics. More test - more DHT = more likely to go bald. Soooo... yeah. Not necessarily genetic at all.

On Febuary 1st I weighed 19.5 stone
Today I weigh 18.5
I'm pretty satisfied with my weight lost so far and I'm surprised I lost a stone considering I've never really exercised that much before February. It wasn't as hard as I thought and it feels pretty good to exercise.
But I digress.
I was wondering if there is a faster way of losing weight. Right now I'm jogging and walking for 30-40 mins. It was less before but I'm slowly building up cardio. I eat little to no sugary foods. I also drink nothing but water.

I have honestly had most success with lifting rather than cardio. Especially considering how demotivating cardio is, or at least to me.
You also don't want to lose weight too fast, unless you are planning on having skin surgery.

I was wondering what the actual reasons for not taking tren on a first cycle are?
All I hear is not to do it without much reasoning or explainig why. If I am going to get night sweats/acne etc. anyway what difference does it make if it's the first cycle or 20th cycle?

using the tdee calculator from the sticky, wtf does moderate exercise count as? i noticed that 3 days at the gym fall at light and moderate but i feel like im busting my ass too much at the gym for it to count as light. my routine at the gym is SS and i usually run atleast for 21 minutes and walk for 10, lately ive been pushing to almost 40 minutes total time doing cardio, does this warrant me using moderate exercise instead of light?

I actually find that hitting the gym hard, 3 days a week, plus two days with half an hour light cardio actually puts me up at heavy activity multiplier, but I do lift really intensely (Texas Method).

he was always pretty big on mentality, and he's uncovered a few small things which are true:
1. stress and anxiety can manifest itself in you physically (in your posture, in how you hold yourself etc.)
2. the self-consciousness that stops you from being confident also stops you from doing weird shit like jiggling around in the gif shown

I'm not even 20 and I fear I'm losing my hair.
When I wash my hair (everyday) I always have about 10 hair on my hands, so I'm wondering if I'm actually have a receding hairline or of it's just normal.
It really looks like I'm very slowly getting bald, but maybe I'm just being paranoid. I take pills for stronger hair, as well as shampoo and conditionner for that AND the equivalent lf rogaine.
So lay it on me guys, am I doomed to save to get a transplant?
