Who here rosacea? Anyone gotten it under control or even completely removed it?
I am trying diet with a lot of leafy green veggies, no gluten or dairy, limited intake of red meats, no processed foods, drinking a lot of water, eating healthy fats, limited amount of citrus fruits etc. and it still doesn't help desu. My face still pink.

Eczema/psoriasis/rosacea/intertrigo I have diagnosed so many different things it's fucking retarded. Hydrocortisone has helped in the past but it keeps coming back.
I'm going to see an immunologist to see what the hell is going on to find out where the inflammation is coming from.
Right now I am trying a lotion with Vaseline in it.I bought the generic Walmart version and hopefully it will help. Getting rid of it has been a struggle but hopefully I get rid of this shit once and for all. Good luck man.

I can't get rid of it either. I'm almost wondering if I should try going vegan just to see if it would help at this point.
I've tried using more natural things for my face though and I think it did something. I use Dr. Bronner's liquid castile soap and just mix a tbsp into 10 oz of water and I use first cold pressed extra virgin olive oil as a moisturizer because it's more gentle than other crap and closer to our natural oil.
All I can say is at least it's not the kind of rosacea that gives you shitloads of...

i do 1 set of 8 reps and then up the weight and get in 5 reps and then drop it back so i can go till failure and get like 8-10

I suck at running I'm gonna say that now. On the pt test I get a 16:30, I mean I can do better, I know I can it's just I don't know how to set a good pace. Anything for setting a pace for yourself? Because I feel fine after the run its just I think I'm doing alright but I'm not and I don't want to over exert myself before I stop. I need to get a 15:50 or less btw for people who don't know the standard.
go running by yourself a few times to find yr own pace, that way you can find out how fast you can go while still being comfortable and not feeling like dying at the end or having to lay down on the ground like all the other pussies
I run at 9:30, 9 flat if I start practice a few weeks in advance before the PRT...not the best but it's what's comfortable for me and it's a decent time for a mile and a half compared to everyone else

How reasonable would it be for me to cut on 2000kcal, I know at high bf% you can cut quite a lot of calories without losing lean body mass. I'd like to do this for maybe 6 weeks. I do security at a hotel, still a shit ton of people but most know how behave, only jave to deal with drunk people rarely and the eventual autistic. Yesterday an autistic guy covered in feces follow a guest into her room.
Ive never done club security but i guest is mostly drunk people ypu have to deal with but as long as you're firm and don't sound nervous shit should be easy.
